The accommodation is surprisingly more spacious than advertised. I will definitely book this hotel again.

Saya memesan kamar buat 4 orang sesuai aplikasi, tp kita diberikan kamar lain yang lebih kecil + extra bed, staf yg kurang tanggap.. No recommended.

We were able to have an early check in (12:30PM) and late check-out (1PM). All staff were courteous and polite. Buffet breakfast is okay. Excellent service!

They ask my mom to pay an additional 300 pesos for breakfast because for them my nephew also ate. But the truth is he is just feeding my 2 kids and he just ate the one chicken left over food by my kids,he dis not get any food for his personal consumption. A 300 pesos for a 1 piece of left over food. I don't think that is a good treatment. Hoping to get a feedback or action regarding this.

It's my fourth stay here. Hotel Benilde is one of my favorites. It never fails my expectation. The ambience, interiors, bed, accessories will give any one a warmth stay. Check out the food in their Cafe, you'll never go wrong.

The hotel was clean, nice, and new. The staffs are friendly and warm.

The room looks exactly it is in the photos uploaded. Room is super clean, basic toiletries were provided. I love its packaging. Their bed and pillows were comfy. Sarap matulog. However no slippers were provided for the guests. Cafe Romancon's food were delicious. My overall stay was definitely worth my money. Ill comeback for sure.

staffs are friendly. (Smiling face). very satisfied with my room and view. clean & neat beddings and cleanliness of restroom which is important to me. room includes complimentary water, coffee, tea & sugar, toothbrush and paste, shower cap, soap, lotion. Clean & neat towels. near mini mart and 7/11. but not convenient for me if i wanted to go mall. not satisfied with my breakfast because i don't like the main courses served. but they have enough selections, they have salad, soup, cereals, loafs and main courses, unli coffee. clean restaurant.

Sir Nico of Front desk made our stay very comfortable plus the fact that the 4-star hotel accommodation is superb, rooms are very cozy and spacious. Aside from a very reasonable room rate, the hotel offers a delicious food in their restaurant though limited to choose from. Going up and down to Parking is a bit narrow and hard. But overall stay, we could say we have our relaxing, worry-free weekend in a very practical manner. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Stayed for 2 nights, booked deluxe queen, was given 2 twin beds instead, had to change room. The room given to me had a blade in a corner of the room, obviously missed by housekeeping. I had a toddler with me and I was bad. Checked toilet and dust on toilet seat, again, missed by housekeeping. Called it in, housekeeping came, I pointed out the blade and he just picked it up, then proceeded to wipe toilet seat. Absolutely bad for a 4 star hotel. Service was ok. Pool too cold and deep. Location is just something I can't fault. Ok stay overall. Will think twice when booking again.

Amazing! Room looks and smells clean. Breakfast buffet was simple yet delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. Just need to change the towels as it look worn out already.

Cozy place to stay. Recommended!
