호텔 직원은 매우 친절했고 호텔 주변이 쇼핑몰과 매우 가깝습니다.

정말 좋은 숙박이었습니다! 직원들이 친절하고 좋았습니다. 호텔 바로 맞은편에 퍼시픽 플레이스 몰이 있습니다.

창문에서 바로 보이는 숨 막힐 듯 아름다운 도시 전망 - 상쾌한 하루를 시작하는 최고의 방법! 이곳에서의 숙박은 편안함과 도시의 활기가 완벽하게 어우러진 즐거운 도시 휴양이었습니다. 분위기/시설: 현대적이고 전문적인 분위기는 비즈니스 또는 레저 여행에 안성맞춤입니다. 건물의 유리 외관과 내부는 높은 수준의 건축 양식을 반영합니다. 수영장과 로비는 깨끗하고 아늑하며, 특히 비오는 날에는 지붕이 있는 드롭오프 존이 있어 매우 편리합니다. 음식: 모든 음식을 먹어보지는 못했지만, 아침 식사는 괜찮았습니다. 직원 지원: 직원들은 정중하고 효율적이었습니다. 체크인은 순조로웠고, 컨시어지는 교통편과 지역 정보를 제공하는 데 도움을 주었습니다. 주요 특징: 자카르타의 스카이라인을 한눈에 볼 수 있는 곳, 상징적인 건물들과 도시 교통이 보이는 곳은 특히 인상적이었습니다. 객실에서 아침 햇살에 활기를 띠는 도시의 모습을 바라보는 것은 정말 기억에 남습니다. 위치: 자카르타 비즈니스 지구 중심부에 전략적으로 위치해 쇼핑몰, MRT 역, 사무실과 가까워 이동이 편리하고 효율적입니다.

Pelayanan hotel ini sangat bagus, setiap staf nya bertugas sesuai role nya, dan di atas rata-rata ekspektasi. Untuk tipe kamar nya sangat bagus juga dan nyaman untuk staycation dengan keluarga. Sangat disarankan bagi pasangan suami istri yang ingin bulan madu atau meluangkan waktu nya 👍🏻.

We had a pleasant stay at Alila this weekend. Service was great, food were delicious, room was clean and spacious. The best thing was the swimming pool, they have a separate pool with water pressure! I'll be back to try other rooms they have.

I booked 2 rooms, twin bed and king, I paid over 12mio for those standard rooms and a bit disapointed ya cause for that price I could get more spacious room with bathup in other 5 stars premise nearby 🙏.

Staycation at Alila SCBD was beyond my expectations! The room was clean, comfy, unique and love the warm bathrobes. Many choice of Breakfast menu and all were delicious. The pool also the best one I've ever tried around Jakarta. Definitely my favorite space to stay at Jakarta!

The one thing that all hotels should be able to provide they don't provide: WiFi doesn't work on both my phone and laptop. Promised us that IT will come help to our room but they never do. Food that I ordered outside cannot be sent to my room because the manager told them not to. While this might be a rule, but the other 5 star hotels that I've stayed at in Jakarta do not have this kind of rule. I guess this is another proof that their service towards guests is very poor. Not gonna stay here again, that's for sure.

Very small bed and room. Not worth it for the price. The only good its location and outdoor jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

Hotel Staffs were friendly and helpful. Great location opposite mall. Hotel is new. Room is nice and clean.

I swear, the security only helps rich people with expensive cars, if you guys have a car that cost less than Rp 500 million, you will not be assisted, I dropped all of my groceries on a puddle, because no help at all by the security, I bought couple foods and clothes, and the fact that the security is so m**n even, I felt disgusted and hated throughout my stay here in Alila. Swear alila is the worst hotel ever to be stayed longer than 2 nights, and the fact that the helper are all soo mean,

Hotel di tengah kota, cocok untuk bisnis maupun staycation. Pacific Place and Astha are walking distant, Senayan Sport Center are nearby, also Business District. Restaurants are good even though a bit pricey. During check-in, there was a miscommunication regarding reservation but properly corrected. Will consider coming again.

Great room, got outdoor space to enjoy breakfast so it feel safe in this pandemic situation, the pool is in the outdoor area and not crowded, it got outdoor jacuzzis where you can relax and enjoy city lights, it has a bar that's quite 'hip' among Jakarta's night-goers, it is right in the center of SCBD so you can catch some morning city walks around this area (it is quite special since you can not get that much of a friendly street-walking time in Jakarta) This hotel actually has everything you need to enjoy weekends and holidays with your partner & friends. The service is good but when I stayed their for 3 days, their were some mis-comm/mislead information I got from the staff. You really need to check here and their, into the details so you can get the confirmed information about things you need.

Worst hotel in jakarta, the elevator was broken, bad services, i’ve to wait 45 minute after check-in. Over price, the room like a budget hotel, Yang paling parah saya turun dari lantai 10 naik tangga ke lobby, what an experience!
