호텔은 시내와 가까워 이동이 편리하고 식당도 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다.

호텔은 아침 식사를 일찍 제공해 달라는 요청을 들어주었습니다. 객실은 새것처럼 보였습니다. 다만, 지하 주차장은 개선이 필요합니다.

위치는 주요 도로 바로 옆에 있습니다. 자체 지하 주차장이 있지만 대형 차량은 주차할 수 없습니다. 편의 시설은 없지만 욕실이 최근에 리모델링된 것 같아 꽤 놀랐습니다. 건물 중앙에 머물렀기 때문에 창문이 없었습니다(알려졌습니다). 주요 도로를 바라보는 사람들은 시끄러울 것이라고 들었습니다.

깨끗하고 좋은 호텔입니다. 직원들이 친절하고 조식도 훌륭합니다.

훌륭하고 책임감 있는 관리. 남편이 욕실에서 넘어진 후 병원으로 데려다 주었습니다. 더 큰 방으로 옮겨 주었습니다. Tqvm.

Good ambience. Closed to shop area. Good hospitality.

Stayed in this hotel many times already, good hotel in Batu Pahat, love the view in hotel room.

Bathroom basin broken and movable, and also the water tap is so close to the basin edge and don't make sense. Room sound proof is very bad even next door snoring will be heard. Overall the price not worth for such facilities & quantity.

All aspects superb, except disgusting smoking smell from"un-civilised"guest (non-smoking floor) penetrated through toilet ventilation.

Comfortable, clean and friendly staff.

First thing first, the hotel was rather run down. Specifically, there were cracks and peeled paint all around in the room, especially in the bathroom. The fixation in the bathroom was not secure and fell multiple times throughout the 1 night stay there. Cleanliness wise, it was okay, wasn't spotless but okay. The toilet bowl was stained. Another thing to note was that the room wasn't soundproof. I could hear other people talking from the next room. Mind you, they were just mere talking, not even shouting or screaming. I didn't expect much as this was a 3-star hotel but I guess the rating had to be reviewed and revised again. But that ' s just my 2 cents.

Bilik yang luas,berbaloi dengan harga. kemudahan lengkap siap ade peti ais. mempunyai tingkap yang blh di buka. ada parking khas yang luas untuk penginap. bilik bersih. sebaris hotel ade kedai runcit. berdepan hotel ada kedai makan. senang cite saya happy la menginap di pinetree hotel.

The service was awesome. Just the room is small for that price. But overall ok for a short staycation.

Layanan staf yang mesra & cekap, bilik yang bersih dan selesa. buat permintaan untuk dapatkan bilik di aras tinggi & di tunaikan oleh pihak hotel. ada kawasan parking aras bawah bangunan tetapi agak sempit jika anda memandu kenderaan SUV/MPV/4X4. keseluruhan saya sangat selesa menginap disini.
