Posisi hotel ini sangat strategis karena dekat dengan tempat makan dan pusat kota. Sangat mudah menemukan hotelbini karena berada di pinggir jalan raya utama. Pelayanan staf di lobi sangat membantu namun mereka hanya menyediakan 1 staf saja. Kamar hotel agak kecil dan tidak disediakan air minum, kopi, teh, dan gula. Siaran tv yang ada hanya program lokal dalam bahasa Tagalog. Bantal hanya disediakan masing-masing satu bantal kecil. Ruangan kamar bersih, air panas tersedia, AC walaupun kuno namun dingin, kamar mandi terjaga kebersihannya. Fasilitas kolam renang dan restoran ditutup. Untuk harga yang ditawarkan hotel ini murah dan saya cukup puas memesan kamar di hotel ini.

I stayed for 5 nights, was the best price for value! Hot shower, great staff and roof top pool, highly recommend.

The place was clean and accessible to restaurants, malls, church, etc.

While I and my family enjoyed the good for 4 hotel room, their supervisor blamed my friends staying in a good for 2 room that they smoked which did not happen. The garbage bag of a trash bin was not changed and e few drops of ashes were in it due to previous occupancy. The Room Attendant did not bother to change the trash bag since there was no trash, not knowing that there are ashes of cigar in it. So when my friends occupied the room and threw garbage in the trash bin, the ashes went flying in the trash bin, making the room smell of cigar. The room smelled in the evening when they started placing garbage on the trash bin. The Room Attendant did not bother to inform the front desk that days ago, the room already smelled of cigar. They said that they already "Aired out" the smell but they missed the trash bin which has ashes in it. Since my friends are smokers and they're immune to the smell already, they did not bother to report it in the front desk knowing that it would be fine. The supervisor wanted my friends to admit that they smoked (which really did not happen) and pay the fine of Php 5,000.00. Before they judge and blame other people they should double check facts first and don't go blaming everyone. It was the negligence of the room attendant who did not clean the room properly. I hope this doesn't happen again.

Nice hotel. Perfect location because near to downtown Cebu.

So very disappointing to stay in your hotel.. Some of your staff are not willing to assist in your guest assistance in times wee need it.. How you deal with it. Express inn but some of your staff is not totally express them self.. your service is not good to express.
