직원분들이 정말 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셔서 머무는 내내 많은 도움을 받았습니다. 훌륭한 서비스와 환대에 진심으로 감사했습니다. 특히 수영장과 미니 워터파크는 아이들이 정말 좋아했고, 덕분에 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 이번 여행의 하이라이트 중 하나였습니다. 다만 객실 시설은 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 객실 에어컨이 구형 분리형 시스템이라 그런지 충분히 시원하지 않았습니다. 욕실도 노인분들이 사용하기에 좀 더 편리하게 개선될 필요가 있습니다. 샤워기가 욕조 안에 설치되어 있어 노인분들이 안전하게 이용하기에는 다소 불편할 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 친절한 서비스와 가족 친화적인 시설 덕분에 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 객실과 욕실 시설이 개선된다면 더욱 만족스러운 숙박 경험이 될 수 있을 것 같습니다.

에어컨은 낡고 시끄러웠고, 방 바닥은 손상되었으며, 샤워실은 성인이 사용하기에 부적합했습니다.

좋은 호텔에 머물면 처음부터 체크인 시 따뜻하게 환영받고, 객실이 깨끗하고 편안하며 시설이 완벽하고, 직원 서비스가 항상 기민하고, 투숙객이 감사함을 느끼는 세심한 배려가 있고, 호텔 분위기가 차분하고 안전하며, 체크아웃 절차가 쉽고 빠르기 때문에 기분이 좋아집니다.

The surau was so small, hot and uncomfortable to perform solah. Prayer mat not given even after requested at the counter. The hotel management should be more concern about this.

The exterior of the hotel looks nice but the interior was rather disappointing. Nothing great. For the price I paid, I rather book Novotel next time. The cleanliness can be improved. I can see water stains at the tub, floor and sink. I felt they didn’t really clean the toilet well if I can see water stain. Sorry won’t recommend this place. Breakfast spread also was so plain. Nothing to brag about.

Bilik besar dengan balkoni view swimming pool + bilik mandi dengan bathtub + swimming pool yang sesuai seisi keluarga. Excellent! Pasti akan datang lagi bila ke Taiping. Memang rekomen.

Sound proofing of the hotel room are very poor. Through out our stay of 4 days 3 nights.i kept hearing children running outside the corridor, going in and out of the hotel room. Very noisy late at night and early morning.

Very clean room and good overall facilities. Coffee house price is reasonable This hotel looks new and great location. Security is good. With access card system in the lift access. Big lobby and nicely lit. Good service by the staff Very fast action when needed any extras from housekeeping. Keep it up. Breakfast menu need to be improved. Not so much varieties. Just walking distance to the attractions area.

Pro:the room was cosy. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfort. The view from the balcony was awesome. My children enjoyed the swimming pool and bath tub. Walking distance to taman tasik and zoo taiping. Cons: buffet breakfast lack variety.. You better go out to town and find some warung or mamak which serve delicious breakfst. Tv channel also limited. Why tv1/tv2/tv3 or any bm tv channel not available? Kinda boring staying in the room due to rainy days. The internet not available even they provide us the password.

The hotel located in the strategic location with nice view. However, we really felt disappointed of the hotel's restaurant service. We decided had our lunch at restaurant as rushing of time and with small children. But... we waited around 1 hour just to serve the foods. if we need wait for so long, the waitress should tell us in the beginning, we still have choice to stay to eat, not until we been serve a drink..The food portion is like kids portion, spaghetti just few scoop only...Can't acceptable is that there have wrong system of food price, they asking us to wait again to make refund. Reason to wait is the supervisor is still meeting.. We decided to leave at last..

Good place to stay. The hotel near with nature environment. Laruts hill such a warm place to visit.
