Do Not ride the taxi that parked outside the hotel. I was scam and sent to wrong terminal and ended up paying P2300 from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3. The hotel is fine but this incidents really make me unwilling to come back again.

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel but we were scam by the Taxi that park outside the Hotel which the driver claimed to be Hotel Taxi and charged me P600 for going to the airport which is already unacceptable but as we are already on the road that's not much we could do.To make the matter worst the driver deliberately took us to the wrong terminal and we ended up have to take another taxi to the international terminal.At first we thought it was a honest mistake but our friends who took another taxi outside the Hotel also got scam and sent to the wrong terminal and ended up paying extra P2300 to go from terminal 4 to Terminal 3 . Luckily we decided to go 3.5hr early if not we would have missed our flight home. The Hotel advised us to let their staff to help us get a safe ride but this time they failed to do so. It really put a dark cloud over our vacation and left us felt very disappointed and frustrated. One advice for the others is to make sure you find a metered taxi and make sure the meter is on, if not just use Grab at the very least you will know how much you have to pay. Do not use the Taxi that park outside the Hotel.

Simply amazing place to stay

I love staying at this hotel when I visit Manila. I have stayed at this hotel more than 20 times. Everything is here: good staff, clean and comfortable place. It's easy to go shopping at Robinson mall as the one-stop center.
