우리가 도착했을 때 미네랄 병이 이미 열려 있었고, 교체를 요청했지만 거의 1시간이 걸렸습니다. 욕실이 매우 미끄러워서 우리 둘 다 미끄러져 넘어졌습니다. 아파트일 뿐이고, 진짜 호텔은 아니기 때문에 추천하지 않습니다(벨보이도 없고, 로비도 다르고, 로비에서 건물 뒤로 다시 걸어가야 합니다(로비와 엘리베이터는 다른 방입니다).

Tempatnya Bagus Cuman Agak Jauh Kemana Mana tidak bisa di akses dengan jalan kaki. Pelayanan Cepat Dan Baik 😊😊. Kamar bersih. Kolam freenya cuman yang Lantai 8. Buat kolam yang lantai 48 kena biaya tambahan lagi 12 RM padahal dulu sih free hehee yh 5 tahun lalu sih whahahaa. Overall. Buat yang mau santai-santai sambil packing barang rekoment lah nginap karena dekat jalur tol juga buat ke bandara via grabbhehe

Bad service, need to have 300RM for keycard but Tom I'm back my country. No choice and Swimming pool need to pay for use 10RM not free. Everything not free although you already paid for room 👎🏻 old room and have just good view at swimming pool, and bad service in lobby, no bellboy, poor staff at pool

Akomodasi yang sungguh memanjakan mata dengan gemerlapnya kota Kuala Lumpur. Sangat bagus buat para traveler yang ingin melihat dan foto-foto keindahan kota Kuala Lumpur.

We really had a great stay in expression hotel in kuala lumpur with an overlooking view. The room is very clean and Presentable (looks like a 5 star hotel) with a complete facilities & amenities. the place is near to KL central (15 min by walk) from the hotel. the infinity pool was very amazing (you need to register first and deposit 100 ringgit each person if you want to go to 43rd floor overlooking swimming pool - and it is refundable) I enjoyed staying in room. very comfortable and with an overlooking view outside. worth the price 👌 But they are very strict in terms of check in policy (early check in is not guarantee even though you request to check in earlier than the preferred time. but we leave our luggage in the storage room & it's definitely safe 💪 with cctv cameras around the areas. For sure I will check in here again once I get back on KL soon! Thank you so much for accommodating us ❤💋

Jangan pergi sini. Hotel pelayanan kurang baik, ga ada sopan santun, mau pergi ke swimming pool pun harus beratur pokoknya ga best.

The room is advertised as non-smoking room which is perfect because I have 2 infants in my group. As we checked in the room the smell of cigarettes was so heavy that even with 2 days of the windows opening and air conditioning, the cigarettes smell stays. I couldn't get another room because the place was fully booked. Compares to other managements in the same establishment, this is probably not the best. The amenities is lacking. If a washer is provided then please provide some clothes hanger (even an IKEA ones would have been great) instead we only have some hanger but no place to hang them dry. Overall, the most annoying thing was the cigarettes smell, that is traumatizing because I have 2 seven-months-old babies in my trip. Hopefully from this feedback, the service could be improved especially with the price it charged.

Semua fasilitas di kamar bagus. Butuh deposit 300rm nnti di kembalikan setelah check-out ada juga biaya tambahan 10rm untuk cleaning service. Tapi sayangnya kolam renang lantai 48 lagi di renovasi asi jadi tidak bisa berenang disana, Hanya bisa kolam renang lantai. 8. jauh dari transportasi umum harus naik grab kemana-mana. tapi grab disana murah kok. ke twin tower kira-kira 10rm.

Colokan banyak yang tidak bisa dipergunakan, pas di sana kolam renangnya sedang renovasi, jauh kalau mau kemana apalagi mau nyari makan.

Hotel is very nice. but staff also nice too. Location is comfortable to go to anywhere around.

Lokasi bagus, tapi pelayanan kurang memuaskan, sangat buruk, alat-alat yang ada di kamar ga bisa digunakan, TV, pemanas air, dan lain-lain sangat jelek.

I think this is very cheap price for this hotel. Especially they have 3pool and the beautiful pool at the roof. But this place little bit far to KlCC but we can get the taxi with normal price too. No much traffic to get here.

Staff ramah, ruangan bersih, tapi aksesnya lumayan agak jauh kalau mau ke public transport. Jadi tiap kali mau naik ke public transport harus naik grab dulu. Dan colokan listrik banyak yang tidak berfungsi di kamar satunya (saya sewa yang buat 4 orang 2 kamar lantai 20).

Kamar sama dengan di foto dan kolam renangnya juga, menyenangkan.

Very friendly host. Always willing to help when you need one. Very nice and beautiful view of KL city.
