호텔 숙박은 괜찮았지만, 복도에서 객실까지 담배 냄새가 나서 조금 실망스러웠습니다.

Ang panghi ng CR. We even had to throw shampoo all over the comfort room just for the smell to be removed. Do you know what's even sad? We even requested to have someone clean it, the smell did not go away. only to find out, it's the comfort room's walls.

Disappointed. Swapping of guests are not allowed. But the staffs are nice and accommodating.

Overall it was ok the staff were ok aside from that 1 frontdesk girl na long hair na morena na sarcastiko sumagot sa mga tanong. 1st ka mag check in sa hotel so inde ka aware sa policy eh bobo ako umintinde so ung pagsagot nya is sarcastic which inde dpat since frontdesk ka. may attitude c ate kaya sinagot ko xa na swelduhan ka lang din dito di ikaw ang may ari ng hotel. shut up c ate . mabilis ang service pag nag req magalang nman ang mga room attendant. rinig lang minsan mga ingay sa labas. siguro depende sa loom location nasa 2nd flr kc ang room nmin.

They are accommodating. There’s just 1 staff who are not considerate for a special request given I've been a regular guest

Staff are accommodating. Had to book online and without hassle they are very easy to talk with

The room smells cigarette

When we arrived early at the hotel, they let us check in early too. That was great but that hotel for couple, haha, our room was big and bathroom are clean, I will suggest to those lovers visiting Quezon City for a night, the only bad things are their WiFi not connected, they just bluff you and keep telling they will reset the password but still can't.

Foods is not adequate for a single serve. They must add a little amount for every serving

The CR/wash room reeks, there’s a smell coming from it. Though price is okay, it’s affordable and the location is great! It’s very near SM North and Trinoma.
