Bathroom and toilet not available at my floor.

I like the services provided. Its very convenient even I didn't gt 2 mke full use of it @ the time I was thr. D rooms r clean & comfy just as thy described in the publishing. I like their unique concept. Simple, nice, space saving, eco, but @ the same time all your needs r provided. Surely thr'll b a nxt time 4 me 2 explore more on the plc & mke full use of it during my nxt stay. Tqvm 4 the great hospitality thts hard 2 find nwadys. Definately you r in my fav lists already. 전반적인 호텔 경험은 훌륭했습니다. 도착하자마자 바로 접근하여 도움을 받았습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원인 Mubahil은 매우 친절했고 우리의 질문과 필요 사항에 대해 잘 들어주었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 매우 편안했습니다. 체크인 절차는 빠르게 진행되었습니다. 분명 추천할 것입니다.

Definitely excellent choice for backpackers! 9/10!

I was told to put a deposit of RM100 in cash, which I didn’t have in hand. I asked if there were other options such as card, but I was told “cash only”. Had to make my way out to the nearest ATM to cash out and to make things worst, in the rain. Wasn’t very happy already. Room wise, it was clean. Bathroom drainage was blocked and minimal noise from the construction. Nothing to complain besides the check in experience.

Yang paling saya suka dari kamar ini meski kecil adalah jendelanya yang memiliki pemandangan yang indah, Saya dapat melihat twin tower dari jendela itu.

Real hotel nya tidak sebagus gambarnya. Lokasi dekat dengan KTM tapi kanan kiri tidak ada minimarket. Pelayanan lumayan walaupun sedikit misscom tapi saya diucapkan happy bday. Sigap membantu. Kamar tidak sebagus di gambar. Loker ada di depan pintu kamar bukan di dalam. Kamar sempit dan kotor. Tidak nyaman. Kamar mandi kotor bahkan ada kotorannya. Lorong-lorong kotor ada genangan air. Makanan cuma nasi lemak dan kopi. Tapi harga murah.

first impression I love with this hotel, quiet lobby, very warm staff, I think of all are enough for me, maybe I will stay here again. I hope so

TVnya tidak ada channelnya jadi tidak bisa nonton TV. AC kurang dingin, FO yang agak bule kurang friendly.

Kamarnya bersih, shared bathroom-nya showernya nggak ada air panasnya, cuman satu yang ada air panasnya itu pun cuman pagi aja, sarapannya bihun pedas setiap harinya, ngga ganti menunya. pegaiwainya ada yang friendly ada yang ga friendly, proses Check In/out cepat, kamar tidak kedap suara, TV tidak bisa digunakan, tidak ada Channel-nya jadi percuma ada TV tapi ga bisa. Seprei ada kotornya, kayaknya sih ga diganti. Tapi ya gak apa-apa deh murah

This is our unplanned stay, but turned out that we will be back here again. It was great, as our first dorm kinda stay, it was awesome! We choose classic room with shared bathroom, we thought that it will be not privacy to share bathroom with others but the reality is that we did not find anyone when we go to bathroom. It was really great, the ambiance is quiet enough for us to stay. the surrounding is very nice, the concept of the hotel makes we want to come back here again. for the price that we paid, it was great and cheap. We had coffee free all day, washing machine free and their rooftop is so nice. the place is such a homie. However, I think they should improve more on breakfast, the bihun that we had is tasteless. But we will come back here again.

I had a good time staying at Bunk & Bilik. I was staying in the dorm room, each unit has socket, light a small wall hanged shelving, mirror and a hanger. All we need while traveling light. The staff are all friendly and helpful. There was a minor problem with the electricity in my room but they handled it really well. Will go back here again later, hope the construction in front of the hostel will be done on my next visit in the future.

It's a good place, clean, really fiendly staff, I like it. But the location isn't really good, bcz it's far almost from anywhere, so we should use Grab or Taxi everytime we want to go to another place.

I stay for 1 night in shared form for female after watching concert. The room is clean and comfortable.

Kita mencari bilik tidur bukan bilik yang banyak orangnya. Dan sampai konter harga segitu ternyata tidurnya disusun ada di atas ada yang dibawa.

I stay only one night but they allowed me to sit at the lobby to work. The place is super clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Their response always very quick and accommodating. For a hostel, this is way more than the price. Also, Rizwan the staff always help me when I need something, very handy and helpful. If someday I comeback to KL, I will return to this Bunk and Bilik Hotel.
