음식, 직원, 서비스의 종류가 적지만 훌륭합니다(서양인: 낮은 가격이나 작은 방은 선택하지 마세요. 이런 방은 너무 작을 테니까요. 대신 중간 가격이나 더 높은 가격을 선택하면 공간이 더 넓어집니다). 시설과 액티비티는 훌륭하고 크고 사진을 찍거나 수영하기 좋은 곳이 많습니다. 주말에는 리조트 파티가 이른 아침까지 계속될 수 있습니다(다른 리조트 방문객에 따라 다름). 직원과 서비스는 훌륭하고 불만 사항을 해결하기 위해 가능한 한 빨리 또는 거의 즉시 도움을 줍니다. 또한 주저하지 않고 항상 도와줄 준비가 되어 있습니다(예: 비가 올 때: 우산을 주거나 비가 올 때까지 안내해 줍니다).

Very accommodating staff. Facilities are ok. Will come back again.

I like the resort because it was spacious. If you also love nature this is the place for you. I booked the dormitory type of room because I needed 3 beds. What I didn’t expect is that the bathroom is outside the corridor. But it was okay as long as you don’t mind sharing. Free breakfast was also nice.

The service was great. The place was okay. CR needs improvement. But our over all experience was satisfying. We were able to relax and unwind despite booking the place on the last minute.

I enjoyed my stay in Loreland though we checked-in late because of traffic.

로렐랜드에서 시설 외에 가장 좋았던 건 바로 관리팀과 직원들이에요! 정말 친절하고 배려심이 깊어요. 손님을 보면 반갑게 맞아주시고, 필요한 게 있으면 물어보시더라고요. 음식도 정말 맛있었어요! 꼭 다시 올 거예요!

The place, food, rooms, concierge, pool are very nice. Maybe, they should enhance or focus on the Wifi Access of the clients. The voucher code for wifi was valid only for a day (Not so sure if it’s for a day or hours only). Thank you

The place is good. Good service. I think, the only thing that I don't like is the internet connection, it's so slow.

Room smaller than i expected. Breakfast is ala cart. A bit expensive on accommodations but the place is awesome and the staff as well are friendly. They have lots of swimming pools

Perfect for families, groups and couple. With super friendly and accommodating staff, they'll always greet you with smile. Reservations team always make sure you had your breakfast by reminding you. I enjoyed my stay 😍

I requested for a quiet room, but, there was no available. Our room is near the pool so it was very noisy. We had a difficult time sleeping and resting.

The place was so great, the pools are clean no smell of chlorine and the staff are so accommodating.

Lots of pool to choose from. Kid-friendly resort. It even has a playground. Some of the guests should be informed to observe silence during wee hours of the morning after they had their drinking session. Our room is beside the men's shower room and around 5 am, some of them are very unruly - cursing and shouting. Very inconsiderate. Over all, the stay was great. The kids enjoyed the resort.

So dirty. There’s an insect. Bathroom full of rusts. No hot water! Even the pools were too cold. Honestly, we got sick upon check-in, we had to upgrade to a bigger room, added php3,000. Instead of saving, we spent more. They didn’t allow us to stay in the room we bought because we have 3 kids with us. Either don't stay or upgrade. Since there’s no refund, we had to upgrade and pay. It was really hassle and very disappointing. We will never recommend this place and will never go back to loreland farm resort. Honestly, instead of a relaxed & comfortable stay with our family, it was the worst vacation experience. sorry, just being honest. This is the 1st time i’ve put a negative feedback. But this is our honest experience.

This resort is worth the stay. The staff were friendly and the food was great. Maybe just add some activities for guests to try out since it's a farm resort, they might want to add attractions or new spots aside from the usual swimming. But nonetheless, would recommend this hotel.

The room is clean. The staffs are friendly. They told us they have WiFi and provided us the password but we cannot detect it. Also, the TV is overly frustrating because it flickers. I don't know if it's because of the cable signal. All in all, they have different kinds of pool that everyone can enjoy. The place is perfect for family with kids.

All looks fine except food
