It's actually hard to decide since only allow us to choose awesome or unsatisfying. Well, the staff at Kiko was really helpful and nice. But, the room is so dirty! It's dust everywhere, I have allergic to dust so I was tired sneezing and I need to clean up all the dust in the room. I'm not counting with talking with the staff because they have a very limited English. I even used google translate all the time to request something. I found a nasty bedsheet also that I asked for them to change and they did change it the next day. Well it still has room for improvement but I think I won't go there anymore for my next trip. Ah right, I also have trouble checking in, as the staff isnt there 24hrs. I missed one day of my stay because of this issue. Language barrier again and the confusing contact person is the issue.
