- 서비스가 좋지 않아서 호텔에 연락해서 레이트 체크인, 체크아웃을 미리 물어봤고, 호텔에서는 추가요금이 없다고 안내해줬는데, 체크아웃하는 날 아침에 체크아웃을 해야 한다고 하더군요. 12시에 나가면 예약을 했는데도 추가 비용을 내야 했고, 호텔 사장은 책임을 부인하며 이 직원이 직장을 그만뒀다고 알렸다. 이에 따라 객실 1개를 선불로 결제(방 2개 임대)하고, 레이트 체크아웃 요금을 추가로 지불하셔야 합니다. - 객실은 설명과 다릅니다. 렌트할 때 서로 붙어있는 방 2개를 달라고 했는데, 받자마자 3층 방 1개, 6층 방 1개를 받았습니다. • 3층 방에는 바퀴벌레가 있고, 문은 항상 열려 있고 단단히 닫힐 수 없으며, 화장실이 매우 더럽고, TV를 켤 수 있지만 사용할 수 없습니다. • 6층은 꽤 덥고, 에어컨이 방을 식힐 만큼 작동하지 않고, 물리적인 도어 잠금 장치가 고장 나서 잠글 수 없고, 화장실이 깨끗하지 않고, 바닥이 더럽고, 옷장에 거미줄이 가득합니다. .. 직원과 서비스 측면에서 매우 나쁜 경험 !!

The hotel's staff is good, but they do not know about booking and checking on app. I've booked two rooms with the reduced price and told them when I first checked in. However, they told me that they do not know about this, so they applied the standard price (higher than the price mentioned on agent) and they also did not confirm my attendance. This made me nearly receive the no-show fee on my card. Luckily, the agent support helps me a lot to deal with this problem by contacting the hotel. In conclusion, the staff is friendly enough though some of them do not know about this service. The location is hard to find. To get to the hotel, we have to use google map since the hotel locates in the deep alley and do not have the exact address. The room is clean and what impressed me most in the double room is the full glass wall. The TV has a Full HD resolution screen and Netflix for me to enjoy the film. Nevertheless, the room does not have many sockets so I have to bring my own for all of us have enough sockets to use 4 laptops simultaneously. The parking lot is secured and locked during the night. The security guard does not usually show up in the day time.
