Near the city. The room is clean and there 's hot water too. Be aware that check in time is exactly at 2 PM. Can't check in early. If you come early, you'll be stranded at the lobby. No remote for the AC. Thank god I only stay for 8 hours to catch my next flight.

Everything was fine except for the room that they book for us the hot and cold shower was not functioning.

A bit outdated hotel nevertheless a value for money. Conveniently located around commercial establishments.

Wifi is weak. CR is quite old. No refrigerator. Room is too small. Receptionists aren't that hospitable. It's more like a motel than a hotel. I will not recommend this hotel. Better look for another hotels with same prices with much better amenities.

A room that has great value for money. Very close to popular food and other establishments (24-hour Jollibee and McDonald's, Coffee Bean, Starbucks, Vanana's Massage House, and banks such as BDO and EastWest). Absolutely great stay. Best regards to all hotel personnel most specially to Gerson, Mark Andrew, Jeffrey, and the Front Desk Ladies. Given the chance, I will definitely go back to The Maxwell Hotel. Highly recommended to everyone who are on tight budget but would like to experience the sceneries of a busy Metro Cebu.

Stayed at The Maxwell last January 16,2017. The room was spacious and it's very accessible. There are lots of establishments nearby. It was my 2nd time to stay there btw.

Hotel is cute and clean, but the hot shower is not working.

It was perfect except that the room smells cigarette smoke.. housekeeping might had hard time cleaning up the room just for smell to vanish..

Looking forward to stay again soon...good job!
