I did not enjoy my stay! the staff are not welcoming and not friendly! I booked my stay in the hostel through app and I booked it in a discounted rate... then, I asked the front desk officer why are there no shampoo, soap, toothpaste and towel? he said that since I booked it not on a regular rate (on a cheaper amount) then, they will not include the things that I have mentioned! is it right? I am really disappointed with their service!

The room is very clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating. I really love the place it’s very quiet very relaxing it also comes with pool where you can dip anytime. The rate is very cheap and even I am on the fan room but they will provide you many standing fan. Over all that was perfect I really recommend this place and I will come back here soon.

This hotel has an unsatisfying experience. No available soap on the room, reason of the attendant. He didn't expect that we have a booking. How come? We pay it online; no proper endorsements. Lastly, poor wifi connection.

The location is near at the airport. Staff are very accommodating our needs are easily given. Room is spacious, cold & clean. But it's much better if room is served with breakfast. The Pool is huge. We'll definitely stay here again.... Soon!

The hostel is far from the airport but the place is very nice, fast wifi, clean area and very spacious bedroom. I would definitely check in this hostel again if it happens for me to visit Pierto Princesa again.

This place is good value for money. 
 It is far away from everything (about one kilometer to the first diners and two kilometers to the city center itself) but it is also silent. The rooms are huge and you won’t get that claustrophobic feeling found most hostels. There is hot water, the Internet works most of the time, depending in what room you are (hint: get the room closest to the reception, that has the best coverage). 
 The beds are comfortable and it is a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is friendly and respectful. You also get a towel if you have none. 
 It’s not the best hostel I’ve been but for Puerto Princesa it is more than good enough. The only major downside is that you will have to walk daily or take a tricycle but if you want peace and quiet, this is an advantage, not a disadvantage.
