화장실 청결도를 개선해야 합니다.

클랑에 갈 때마다 항상 여기를 예약했어요. 완공됐을 때부터 쭉 이용해 왔죠. 그런데 최근 화장실 청결 상태가 만족스럽지 않아요. 청소를 전혀 안 하는 것 같아요. 게다가 이제는 셀랑고르 세금으로 하룻밤에 5링깃을 추가로 내야 해요.

쇼핑몰 뒤편에 위치해 있고, 곧 MRT도 들어올 예정입니다. 최고의 위치입니다.

방도 너무 좋고, 냄새도 좋고, 직원들도 친절했어요!

직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 그곳은 편안해요. 쇼핑몰과 다시 가까워요.

위치가 훌륭해서 Aeon Bukit Tinggi까지 걸어서 갈 수 있었고, 호텔에서 걸어서 5분도 안 되는 거리에 Aerobus 정류장이 있었습니다. 짧은 휴가에 매우 편리했습니다.

I stayed here for the second time. It was excellent. For Klang area, I would recommend this hotel. Compare to the prices, location, cleanliness and overall experience I definitely will chose to stay here again. The only thing that the management need to change is the door to the lift from the parking basement should be open to guest. I parked in the basement but cannot enter the door to the lift and needed to walk up the stair to enter the hotel front door. Guest can go down directly to the basement parking from the lift at the reception level but weirdly cannot go to the reception level from the parking basement. Hotel can provide access card for guest to enter and exit the door to the lift. That's the only complaint I have. The rest was okay.

Room is ok, just the aircond controller is located beside the door. So you have to wake up and walk to the door to adjust temperature. For check out, the Indian lady at the counter was never smiling. She just said "sign" (asking for my signature). I waited there as I thought there's something else to do. But actually the "sign" thingy would be the last business. Why don't you smile and talk properly, as you are not the hell gatekeeper.

Great place to stay. Would come again when need arises.
