이번이 세 번째 스테이케이션인데, 집처럼 편안하게 느껴져서 호텔에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

전반적으로 이 호텔에 머무는 것이 정말 좋았고, 이번이 두 번째 스테이케이션입니다.

KLCC 수리아에서 도보 10분 거리에 있으며, 객실은 넓고 새로 지어져 여전히 깨끗하고 편안합니다.

숙박은 괜찮았지만 기억에 남지 않았습니다. 호텔은 매우 아름답고 미적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 직원들은 친절했지만 고급 호텔에 비해 전문적이라고는 할 수 없습니다. 아침 식사는 모든 것이 조금씩 있었지만 선택의 폭이 넓지는 않습니다.

친절한 호텔 직원이 편안한 객실 체크인 과정에 큰 도움을 주었습니다.

Wonderful stay. Staffs are helpful during check in and check out. Went for the breakfast with sorts of varieties. Must say the room functionality was questioned, so I called the receptionist and she was able to guide me through the blinds and the bidet. Pleasant stay, near pavilion just a short walk to the escalators. All the best for RuMa!

The RuMa Hotel and Residence in Kuala Lumpur provided a fabulous staycation for my birthday trip. The luxurious amenities, impeccable service, and stunning views made it a memorable and special experience. Highly recommended for a birthday getaway in the heart of the city!

Everything is good, but only charges for additional breakfast is too expensive and the spread of foods is not that fantastic.

I would say, everything is top notch! As a 5-star hotel, although the premise is not big, it has every service that we need at very affordable price. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Service is great and most of the staff are very kind and attentive. You really get what you see from the pictures. This is the place that definitely I will choose for my next stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Cozy, bersih, energi positives ketika masuk ke lobby, breakfast enak dan bisa request menu-menu toast and egg omelette, deket ke KLCC Suria, bisa diakses dengan jalan kaki, ke Pavillion bisa jalan kaki, kalo naik grab juga cuma sekitar 6RM deket. Dapat welcome drink dan macaroons yang unik. Love it 🥰

The RuMa Hotel and Residences yang bagus, modern dan bersih, staff nya oke, dekat dengan pavilion hanya jalan kaki ke kiri lalu naik lift, cuma 1 aja yang kurang agak jauh dari keramaian, misalnya hanya keluar beli minum apa sev*n11 jauh.

Nice place, near with KLCC its only 5 minutes. Easy to find. Delicious food. Clean room.

The room was spacious and beds are really comfy, we enjoyed the wide selection of food choices during breakfast too. I emailed the hotel to request for a baby cot way in advance before my trip but when I reached there I was told that they ran out of baby cot. Hotel staff tried their best to look for a baby cot for us despite the peak season and we really appreciated it. Thank you for the good service!
