It took us 30 mins bago kmi nkapasok sa room saka pa lang pla mag lalagay ng bedsheet at maglinis ng room. Tsk. And i dunno if nkalimutan, pero kasi kailangan mlaman ng guest kung mahina n ung tubig pagdating ng particular time. Tuloy after nmin manasyal ng gabi, pagod tas pupunas n saba kaso ala tubig! Zzzz. Nag igib pa ko! Super nkakadismaya.

You get what you paid for I guess - we booked for fan room as we're usually fine, but that room was like a sauna. Bathroom was also not very nice, so that I even skipped to shower after all. The floor of the common room was that filthy my bare feet turned into black after having walked only a few metres.

We stayed there for 1 night only and I'm glad it's just for the night. In the pictures shown here the place is pleasant which will make you think that it comfy and cozy. We arrived an hour earlier than the check in time, gladly the staff permitted us to check in early so we were pleased. Then we went to check our rooms and went upstairs in their old building. The unpleasant mixed smell that we welcomed us makes me want to run away and never come back but then again we don't have a choice because we already booked the room and it's already paid for. The moment we opened the door, the irritating smell of cigarette rushed through our nose and it feels suffocating. Plus when we went to check the CR, we were disappointed again to see the messy floor which the staff claimed "already cleaned", everything in the room is unsanitary. And to add to it the AC unit is not functioning that well. Bottomline: We transferred to a fan room 200+ pesos cheaper than what we have paid, this one is in the newer and cleaner building as shown in their pictures. It's not what we paid for but we settled rather than being there in the other building. they have good points though: accommodates early check in; let's you transfer to where you are comfy; with a guard; with a bike for rental and cheap price for a madalian na stay.

We cannot call their landline and the staff is not welcoming

They did not prepare for our booking. Wrong room was given and the room is stinky and dirty, it has even cockroaches. Staffs were not approachable as well they were pushing each other to work in their respective duties. Very upset!

I booked for a fan room only but when we arrived there's no available fan room yet they give us an air condition room with no extra charge for 2 days. ❤ Good service and budget friendly. Just don't expect too much. 🙂👍

If I booked for 2 people at least I thought I can have 2 towels. They asked me extra payment, it's not about money but after I booked for 2 person I think towel is basic need. Sad because just choosed this guesthouse because others comments.

No front desk when we arrived then when she came she was so rude

Affordable and loved the service of the front desk.

The room is spacious and comfy. It's ok if you will choose the fan room because it's a bit cold inside the room with a fan. I highly recommend this guesthouse. The ambiance is good also and there is a television on the lobby.
