전체 평가 및 리뷰 Meaco Royal Hotel - Batangas City

공기 빼곤 다 좋아요. 우리는 안면 마스크를 쓰고 잠을 잤습니다. kasi may nalalanghap kaming nkakabara sa lalamunan. 에어컨 장치에서 나오는 것이어야 합니다. 아니면 baka nasa hangin na talaga kasi 테이블을 소독해야 했어요, maalikabok. 우리가 도착하기 전에 Mukhang di nalinis ng maayos.

Parking was so badsmell and there are lot of trashes and rats running around …. Bathroom smells like old wood and during my sleep I hear the voices and footsteps of the people passing by.

Not satisfied. Comfort rooms are not clean, requested to change rooms due to cockroaches. With awful smell. Will definitely not book here again.

The security guard assigned on the night of our stay was rude and unaccommodating. We were not immediately accepted at the hotel even if we said we had a confirmed reservation. Instead of leading us inside at the lobby, he was the one who talked to the receptionist claiming that we had just booked our reservation and asked us to cancel it, saying that the hotel was full and just because he thought that our reservation wasn't paid yet. Hopefully, their staff shall be taught how to handle customers properly especially that rude security guard. Other than that, we had a comfortable stay.

The staffs were unfriendly. They don’t know how to be polite.

Fast transactions. Clean room. They lack certain things in a hotel room though. But if you just really wanna sleep overnight then this place is worth the payment.

I had a pleasant stay. The housekeeping attendants were all trained well to fix the bed. I was surprised that the hotel is super clean. The security guards on duty were also very helpful. I only wish that the receptionists should be more accommodating and should always smile. I think that's also one of the biggest thing hotels should have even if it's not a 5 star hotel. Your people handles the image itself. They seldom smile maybe because they're tired but I just noticed that even if it's in the morning or evening, they don't really like to smile. One more thing, I think it has something to do with the door, you can really hear the noise outside the hallway 6 in the morning by the staff who lives next to 4th floor. I just hope they could control shouting and talking loud most especially if there are guests. WIFI, always not available. I think you should separate the password of 3rd floor and 4th floor to avoid a bad connection. But all in all it's a good hotel.
