매우 좋은 위치이고 체낭과 가깝습니다. 합리적인 가격에 넓은 객실을 제공합니다. 객실이 청결합니다.

I had quite night, It ' s beside chenang mall, I recommend it for family.

Poor sound insulation. Lack of amenities.

Lokasi sangat strategic betul-betul, depan Dataran Chenang, tapi kebersihan sangat mengecewakan. Kotor sangat. Macam tak pernah cuci toilet berbulan. Geli sangat. Lagi satu harap sediakan peti ais mini dalam bilik sebab bilik tak murah berbaloi kalau ada peti ais nak simpan air and coklat.

Selimut kotor, ada kesan kotoran masa check in bilik dan cawan minuman berhabuk, harap pihak hotel boleh jaga kebersihan dengan lebih baik lagi

Not Good because there is a lot of ants and aircon so noisy.

I booked for non smoking room, but I found cigarette butts after checked in,(smell terrible) toilet and linens were dirty.

Penyamanan udara tidak sejuk dan tv tiada siaran untuk melihat tv.bilik air tidak bersih.

The room quite okay and wide. location is also good front of dataran cenang. Hotel is clean, and the price is cheap. worth to stay here for 2 night

I checked in late around 12.15am but no one at counter. I need to wait and knock the door until someone from the middle of corridor came and asking me. Day 2 when I returned to hotel at night no one make up my room and same condition as it was when I left in the morning. I didn't put sign don't disturb at my door. At night the aircond is noisy and had a knocking sound continuously. The rest is okay.

I will never come back here! Very poor service. The house keeping don't clean everything, they just do your bed

Do not book on this hotel. This hotel is very stressful! 1.) very loud. You can here the people from the lobby, and from the band. 2.) I ask front office towel and was advised they cant give some since they are fully book 3.) receptionist is rude 4.) they don't clean they just fix the bed same cup from day 1. Just don't stay! Not worth the price!
