No towel was placed in the room. When go see the receptionist asks a towel, she does not act nicely.

Hotel room is nice and comfortable. But do not have Wi-Fi in room. Some service hotel good some service is bad. Also customers with an inquisitive attitude, but not do good service. The front desk is always noisy because the people serving the front desk are always making a lot of noise, the communication is very noisy. That's not the service style of a 3 star hotel. Need to adjust the service style of the reception, the hotel will be better in business and have better customers.

Great staycation @hotel midaris. Will come again later.

No water heater, I change room from standard to superior and no water heater

I checked in at midnight today. The room is quite ok actually, but the pillows and pillowcases smells stink and dirty too! I called the reception, she said the housekeeper will come and check first. After half an hour, no one come! Then I called one more time, the girl can laugh saying the housekeeper already come to my room. "eh, bukan dh hantar ke bantal tadi? Hihihi." Then I have to wait for another 10 minutes after the 2nd call till the housekeeper come. He gave me 2 pillows and I gave him 1 pillow and 2 pillowcases. He asked for the other pillow also or he will charge me RM10 for the extra 1 pillow!! Sorry but my experience with other hotels even the cheaper or lower rated one did a very excellent job and service. Not like Midaris hotel! Lousy hotel management.

Sangat memuaskan, sepadan dengan harga!

Semuanya perfect, kecuali lokasinya. lokasinya sangat jauh dari transportasi umum dan jauh dari tempat makan.

Accommodating staff but the food should have a variety to choose from.

Nice and friendly staff ! I booked a deluxe room with window. Clean, comfortable, spacious room, affordable. The parking is limited but not a big problem for us. Not suitable for people prefer quiet surrounding cause this hotel near to highway but still not really noisy for us. I highly recommend for you guys!

Bilik bersih, staff ramah, kelengkapan cukup seperti yang tertera. Tetapi parking x sistematik.

Udah request check in jam 8, tp baru bisa check in jam 10.30. Pelayanan lama dan minta ganti handuk gak dikasih. Kamar gak dibersihin padahal udah minta bersihin dan gak ada refill air minum. Lift sempet macet, pencet bel darurat semua karyawan cuek aja.

Makan terbatas cuma 2 menu, kebersihan oke, kamar dengan budget yang dibayarkan cukup, Khusus yang peralatan elektronik 2 kaki kalau bisa bawa tambahan colokan 3 kaki karena pihak hotel tidak menyediakan colokan 2 kaki, Kalau traveler 1 or 2 orang lokasi transportasi publik agak jauh kemana-mana.

Saya mnginap kat sini satu mlm shj.. Bilik bersih dan tandas pun bersih dn luas. Tetapi perlu diupgradekan. Cthnya ada peti ais kecil dan kettle untuk yang ada ank kecil dalam bilik. Kalau blh sediakan tea atau kopi. Kbtln hari saya mnginap... Bilik sblh bising sesgt mcm tengah bertukang.. Tpt parking ada ttp nak kuar bukit tinggi sangat smpi kete saya terkena bhgn bwh... My b blh difikirkn bgmn untuk customer.. Staff friendly dan senyum shj.. Overall.. Sy suka dan suggest sapa nak pergi..

Lokasi tidur nyaman dan tenang, selain AC, terdapat alat pembersih udara di ruangan sehingga udara menjadi segar dan bersih. Akses kecepatan internet standar namun terbantu dengan siaran TV digital. Untuk lingkungan sekitaran hotel sangat jarang yang jual makanan, sehingga tidak banyak hal yang bisa dilakukan sekitaran hotel dengan berjalan kaki.
