Bersih, pelayanan ramah, letak strategis.

First of all, thanks for warm and excellent service from staff. Place is nice, very quiet and near rice terrace. No TV at room, but still accompanied with good WiFi and facilities (clean bedroom and hot shower). Place is located near end of Bisma's Street. Breakfast is complete for me (we can choose 3 style of menu). Love this place.

The hotel staff was friendly. However when I came here they said that the booking fulled and I need to moved another hotel at 9:30 pm, when I was very tired after long day. The plus point is the new hotel was nice and had good service but I still can't satisfied about Umala.

Tempat bagus dan menenangkan, staf ramah, kamar bersih, kolam bersih, AC bekerja dengan baik, cuma minusnya tidak ada TV dikamar.

Hotel ini sangat cocok buat liburan, lokasi agak kedalem cuma view dan hotelnya excellent, style bangunan oke, kebersihan oke, swimming pool oke juga , pegawai ramah dan sangat membantu mungkin kedepannya bisa dilengkapi dengan tv untuk kamarnya

Really a pleasant experience staying at the umma bisma ubud, the service is friendly and courteous, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the place is at the end of the bisma road a little into the alley and quite far from the main road so it feels calmer. In the morning there are some monkeys passing from the monkey forest to look for food, really something new is amazing, but just calm down the monkey just comes for a moment just passing.
