객실은 깨끗하고 리셉션 직원과 서비스는 열정적입니다. 다음에 사업을 할 기회가 있으면 다시 올 것입니다.

Nói chung, khách sạn tốt. Tôi đã có chuyên công tác tại nơi này.

khách sạn sạch sẽ,yên tĩnh,ngay sát Vinmart và rất nhiều hàng quán ăn,gần SVĐ Mỹ Đình và bến xe Mỹ Đình.Nhân viên lịch sự thân thiện,hiếu khách

Phòng mới, sạch sẽ. Giá hợp lý.

Quá ok mọi người ạ, có bồn tắm, ăn sáng khá ngon

좋은 서비스 - 열정적 - 편안함. 친절한 직원. 하노이에 오는 모든 사람에게 적합한 장소입니다. 미딘 축구 경기장 근처에 있어서 축구 팬이라면 흥미로운 선택이 될 수 있습니다. 😁

โรงแรมสวย ดูใหม่ ห้องสะอาด แต่ว่าพนักงานทำความสะอาดได้ขโมยของสำคัญที่มีมูลค่าไป ! ส่วนตัวก็เข้าใจว่าของมีค่าต้องไว้ในเซฟแต่นี่เป็นที่ล้างหน้าที่เอาไว้ใช้เวลาอาบน้ำเท่านั้น .. ของมีค่าก็เอาไว้ในเซฟแล้วเพียงแต่ที่ล้างหน้าเท่านั้นที่หายไป ของที่เป็นขยะก็ไม่เห็นจะเก็บเอาไปทิ้ง แล้วที่ล้างหน้ามันเปียกจะทำยังไงถ้าหากว่าเอาไปใส่เซฟคู่กับไอแพด .. ส่วนพนักงานรับผิดชอบแค่ค่ารถขาไปอย่างเดียวที่ราคาไม่ถึงพัน 🙄 เสียความรู้สึกมากๆ และคิดว่าคงไม่มาพักที่นี่อีกแล้ว ใครจะมาพักก็อย่าลืมเก็บของมีค่าทุกอย่างทุกชนิดไว้ในตู้เซฟให้หมดนะคะ ต่อให้ของเปียกหรือของแห้งก็เก็บรวมกันไปเลยค่ะ 🙄 ขอบคุณมากค่ะ

Khách sạn mới sạch, thoải mái và dễ tìm thấy

이 호텔에 두 번째로 묵었습니다. 호텔에 대한 인상은 처음 방문했을 때와 같습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 서비스도 매우 좋고 세심했습니다.

The hotel was exactly looks like the photo. It was very near to My Dinh Stadium, we can walk from the Stadium to Hotel for about 10 minutes. They have elevator too. The room was wide and the bathroom was clean and spacious. We didn't expect to have a full amenities like other expensive hotel but they provided it all here + bathtub! The snacks provided in the room also not really that expensive. The minus part is just we got the receptionist who didn't speak English for our check in, so it was a hassle. But during our check out, the receptionist thankfully can speak English and even offered us airport transportation for 300,000 VND (we checked the online services it's also have same price) so we're really helped with this.

Room is very good, neat and clean, even though this hotel is not providing. Breakfast we can easily find some foods since it is surrounded by many restaurants and minimarket

Khách sạn vô cùng chuyên nghiệp, phòng sạch đẹp. Dịch vụ chu đáo. Tôi đặt 3 phòng cho anh chị công ty đi công tác, họ đều trở về và khen tôi book phòng tốt :D cảm ơn T&M Luxury Hotel Hà Nội
