Booking in this hotel is really worth it. The room is very big with the view of the lake outside. It’s really a relaxing stay for us, family of 3. All of the staffs are really friendly, kind, polite and accommodating to our needs (from guards to the reception/lobby staffs to housekeeping, to restaurant staffs). By the way, the food here is really great! We really loved the food, as in all of the food that we ordered during our stay, all of them were very delicious. Plus, they have the best hot chocolate ever! We will definitely choose this hotel again when we go back to Tagaytay. And for sure, we will recommend this to family and friends.

It was a perfect stay. First, we were upgraded from deluxe suite to premium deluxe suite for free. The room were big as we have a mini bar with mini sala and a nice view of taal. Room were clean and air condition was excellent. Customer service were also good. Location were far from the city noise as stated on their descriptions. Overall, It was a perfect stay, nice place to relax and chill. I’ll be coming back again to this hotel all over again. Love this hotel️️️♥️♥️♥️

I loved the beddings!! Made me sleep at 9 pm when my bedtime is at 12. Really spacious room. Great food! Magnificent view.

The room is big and cozy with the view of Taal Lake. Everyone was so helpful and amiable. Thank you to the following: FO officer Ms. Gellie, the Duty Manager on Feb 3 to Feb 5, the restaurant managers Samuel and Eugene and to manong guards. Kudos to you guys for a job well done. Looking forward to a better facilities such as heated pool, sauna and kids playroom. :)
