전체 평가 및 리뷰 Sen Vang Apartment & Hotel

I have been in this place for 3 days this March. At the very first day, the owners are kinda friendly who helped carrying bags, however, the hotel system is not organized. We booked our room (Deluxe) through Traveloka, and then, he showed us a new room which was the smaller. About the room, it was dirty with dirt on the floor and no blanket available. Therefore, he gave us a drap for 3 days without any replacements. For the surrounding, accommodations look like new but no TV available. Like seriously? Going on a holiday without a TV to chill? That's for the first impression. Next, I accidentally heard them slurred about our room. One time, I came back without their expectations, a guy tried to call someone and said "the guy of the room is back" and my friend who waited outside listened to every words loud and clear. And yet, many things more happened which got us very disappointed but because it was our holiday, we skipped it and hereby wrote a feedback later.
