1. The pillow was thick and hard. 2. The bathroom sink was clogged. Despite maintenance coming to pump it, it clogged again. 3. Room keycard has to be reset multiple times, allegedly because it came into contact with a phone, which never happened at my other hotel stay. 4. Some issue with towel supply as it was outsourced for cleaning, so it was slow to restock. There was no towel in the pool counter one morning, so I had to go up again to the room to get ours. Everything else is excellent. Happy to see locals being employed and not foreigners.
