Staff and service is up to the par but unfortunately our room on the 6th floor was dusty, carpet not properly clean and sanitise, felt so dusty, air ventilation in room not good and we felt sick due to cough and sneeze, same goes to the play room ventilation is not good.

Ini hotel bagus seperti istana eropa jaman dulu. Pelayanan sangat bagus. Tapi variasi makanan yang ada di restoran di malam hari sangat tidak bervariasi.

Staff members were very welcoming and provided excellent hospitality. Breakfast selections and spreads can be further improved.

A very quiet place with comfortable weather. All the staff in this hotel are extremely well trained with very good attitude. Rooms and facilities are well maintained as well. Hope to see more restaurants or cafes in the near future.

Their so-called Japanese Garden & Rabbit Farm are So Run Down in pathetic & sad situation! Only Coffee House in Chateau Resort is charging RM14 for a bowl of Plain White Rice! Very"ATAS"Price for only Plain White Rice!

Wow, it was great to be here. The hospitality is beyond my expectation.

Overall everything was good, such a cosy and pleasant stay. Felt like we were the only guest there, maybe it was weekdays. Minus point, no bidet in the toilet

Cabinet Edge is sharp and my kids had injured. Inform the reception, she asked, when is your check out date? Tomorrow. OK miss. Please inform during your check out time at our survey. No polite, don't care about the guest. Please use local people because your filiphine reception is lack of attitude. Room Is small and price is not worthy. Not recommended for kids. So bored at Bukit tinggi.

The resort & rooms looked exactly like the pictures, spacious, comfy & clean. Services staff services was awesome & taken taken care very well. Breakfast delicious too. Surely will stay again soon.

Hotel ini memang mempromosikan suasana yang indah, tenang dan udara segar di lokasi yang bagus sekali di bukit tinggi! Ibu saya memang menyukai pengalaman menginap di hotel ini dan kita memang akan datang balik sekali lagi.

The customer service is very poor and the bartender was very rude. In my room the kettle and fridge spoilt. Water Heater spoilt and bathroom leaking in some places. They will collect Rm200 for deposit , but they won’t inform you or even there is no price list in the room for us to know that the drinks and snacks are chargeable if we eat or drink them .The worst part is they function / event until 3am late night. Was really noisy until cannot sleep.

We stayed at this fabulous romantic hotel for our 25th anniversary and we were so surprised for the out standing service from all the personnel in order to make our anniversary dinner will be amazing from the flowers the anniversary cake and the decorations of the dinner table all were complementary from the hotel as they knew it was the last minute decision from us to choose their hotel ..the food was amazing the one bad room suit was so clean comfortable. we loved it and I will not hesitate to go back there next time with family and friends
