Every thing was fine.

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel and room, bed, bathroom. It was nice to have black out curtains and an electric fireplace, with an espresso Keurig maker! The bed linens were really nice and soft and they had 5 fluffy pillows on the bed. The chairs in room were not the most comfortable, but oh well. The hotel is at the end of Queen/Picton street so it didn't get a lot of constant foot/car traffic. It is right across the street from the Shaw Theatre, but it wasn't a problem. The hotel staff at the desk, in the restaurant, were all very polite and helpful.

The hotel was very clean and a super convenient location to shows, shopping and restaurants.

Only downside is no elevator with a steep staircase. Otherwise good. Room could use a 2nd chair

The Shaw Club was a classy, lovely hotel at Niagara on the Lake. We had a great stay, easy check in, and unique amenities such as a virtual concierge and beta fish pet-for-a-day. The lobby had waters, coffee, hot cocoa, a couch/tv to relax in. The room was super clean, beautiful, and modern. The AC worked great, shower had double shower heads, and the room had a Nespresso machine/pods available. It was small, but mighty. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, everything was a breeze from start to finish!

The key benefit was the location: it was a calm, cool oasis in a very busy and warm long weekend at NOTL The large shower was a definite bonus.

​I consider myself a seasoned traveler, but this trip I made a major oversight regarding our checkout date. When I realized the error, we were out kayaking and dealing with waterlogged gear. ​Despite the hotel being fully booked, Jennifer at the front desk handled my panic with incredible empathy and efficiency. She coordinated with Harbour House to rush-clean a room. Furthermore, the team went out of their way to help dry our wet belongings. This mistake was entirely mine, but the response was pure excellence. Niagara’s Finest Hotels truly offers top-notch service. Thank you, Jennifer and Harbour House!

Lovely restaurant and staff

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We have been visiting Niagara on the Lake yearly for decades and this is our first stay at Shaw Club Hotel. Our room was spotless. The linens for the beds and bathroom were very good quality. With the exception of a few noisy neighbours, the hotel is very quiet. Our only criticisms are the poor lighting and lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. As well as the extremely difficult tap to operate in the shower. Of note, the receptionist did not inquire about our stay when we were checking out.

Very enjoyable stay at the Shaw Club, room was clean, staff were very friendly. Location is steps away from the main area. We would stay there again!

The room is a bit smaller than other hotels but it is well laid out and inviting. The bathroom is very boutique chic, with a nice big shower stall. The one disappointing amenity was the Nesspresso machine which was dusty and required cleaning badly. Even the box containing the K-cups could use a thorough dusting. The staffs at the front office were friendly, efficient and very accommodating. The location is ideal, across from the Festival Theater, adjoining the Zees Restaurant, within 5 minutes walk to other restaurants, and 10 minutes walk on the main street to the Court House Theater, shops and more restaurants. Nice hotel for a relaxing getaway.
