Poor room service... you have to call several times to get even a bottle of water

Room service was not good.After calling for several times they finally changed bedsheets and cleaned the room.Food was very very oily and spicy.Even after telling the food service person over phone to send less spicy food,they send us same spicy food which we are with great difficulty.Also I booked deluxe room with complementary breakfast,but while check in at hotel,the reception told,it's booked without complementary breakfast,how is it possible.
