初めての一人旅でしたが、女性スタッフの方が温かく迎えて下さり、お部屋も清潔で落ち着きがあり、安心して過ごすことができました。 知恩院さんのライトアップ。とても綺麗でした。朝のご挨拶のお勤めにも参加させていただき、とても清々しい気分でした。 その後にいただいた朝ご飯の美味しかったこと。お粥をいただきましたが身体に優しく、京都のお漬物を存分に楽しませていただきました。 ただその後、チェックアウトまで1時間。着物を着て、荷物をまとめるのに大慌てで、せっかくのお部屋で、ゆっくりする間もなく、ホテルを後にしました。チェックアウトまで、あと1時間欲しかったです。要望しましたが、満室で、叶いませんでした。 でも、京都に行く機会があれば、また利用させていただきたいです。

Arguably the best room that I have ever stayed at. Being a part of the Chion-in Temple, we had an opportunity to participate in the daily morning prayer in the main temple. Very close to the Tetsugaku no Michi (Philosopher's Path) and on the other end, Pontocho Alley.

Free Parking, super nice staff, great location, great breakfast.

館内もですが隅々まで清掃が行き渡っており清潔な客室、場所柄かもしれませんがとても静かに過ごせたので身も心も癒されました。 また利用させていただきます♬

近くは知恩院。 素晴らしい立地です。

朝夕食付きを選んで正解だった。特に夕食はゆっくりと食事が出来た。部屋は窓から覗けば知恩院三門を見ることが出来た。円山公園、ライトアップ中の高台寺も近く、夜も楽しむ事が出来た。小さなお子さん連れがいないので、館内は静かな為落ち着いていて良かった。客室も清潔感あり、無料のミネラルウオーターも用意されていて助かった。大浴場も良かった。早朝のお勤め参加は貴重な体験。無料駐車場もあり、便利な立地で是非リピートしたい。

This is an unusual property as it is located adjacent to a Buddhist temple. The staff at the hotel honor the spirit of the temple. The breakfasts were extraordinary and embracing quality and healthfulness. The customer service was all you could ask for. I had the opportunity to join a Buddhist ceremony in the temple early in the morning the day after arrival. it was an experience I will never forget. The hot bath in the beautiful bath pool was wonderful. The staff are kind and responsive, and the facilities beautiful. If you stay here, you will never forget what a wonderful experience you have had.

Comfortable, quiet and close to some lovely parts of Kyoto. There is an 11pm curfew to get into the building though so not idea if you want to stay out past 11pm. The parking was confusing but once we knew where it was it was great. Very convenient and plenty of parking spaces. It is part of the Buddhist temple so offers a unique morning ceremony if that’s of interest. Staff are friendly and helpful.

知恩院の真横にあり、紅葉や桜の時期にまた訪問したいです

知恩院さんの宿坊をいつかは利用してみたいなと漠然と思っていましたが、今回宿泊をさせていただき、とてもよかったです。スタッフの方の対応は親切で、また立地がとても良いこと、駐車場もあり、朝のお勤めも参加をさせていただきました。とても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。また利用させていただきたいです。 浴室がすこし匂う、また部屋にあるドライヤーの場所がよくわからずということがあったので、頑張って探さなくてもドライヤー（もしくは何かのアイテム）を見つけ出せるとよいなと思いました。
