10 out 10. Pleasant staff all around!. Beautiful accommodation. Perfect location. Well Stocked. Everything works from tv to kettle etc! Seamless check in. The morning check out staff and evening check in staff were male and they were so pleasant to us girls. We really really Loved it here and enjoyed ourselves for our night out stay in London! I will Be back! Thank you

The apartment and the rooms were all well looked after. Clean, tidy with good amenities. I gave it 4 star due to the windows, yes, the windows. Even though the windows were closed, we could hear everything, just as if they were open. If they sort this out, 5 star all the way.

Excellent studio. We booked a premier room, and the place should be five stars. Everything is high quality, from washing machines to coffee machines. Very luxurious,better than my last place, which cost £2000 a night.

Great rooms in a great location

I took my son to the Minecraft experience we stayed here and had such a lovely stay. Easy short walk to the tube station so easy access to the rest of London. Really lovely lady on reception who helped us with this. Quiet place with the stunning buildings made it a wonderful stay, I'll definitely look to stay here again when visiting London. Room was beautifully clean, modern and a comfy bed.

The first day the staff was not very kind. They gave us a room with an air gap in the wall, a faulty room where the window wall did not close correctly and that 1cm gap made wind noise all night...and they they treated us as exaggerating the issue, I can't imagine it is the first time they hear about it. I won't be coming back, they offered another room and every floor has some issues with their windows, not that I ever fixated on it except for this time. Apart from that all was fine, not great.

Room had what I wanted, balcony with a water view, and all the basic comforts. Staff were friendly too

Top Lage, man läuft 5 Minuten zur Underground und dann ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten

We loved our stay at Fraser Place, the staff were really friendly & welcoming, the room was spotless & very spacious! Great location, we will definitely be returning when we next visit the area & recommending to friends/family!

Room clean just a few details like plug sockets in kitchen and taps in bathroom not detailed and a bit grubby. Window on 12th floor was open when we checked in and room had an odour of fish from the fish market across the street . Great location and room comfortable

Everything was great. Except the balcony door in the bedroom did not close fully and so it was a bit noisy.
