Hermoso todo

Enttäuschende Unterkunft.Überall Staub und Spinngewebe.Bäder und Toiletten aus den Fünfziger Jahren.Eingang und Rezeption nicht gereinigt.Keine Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer. Für den Preis völlig unzumutbar.Wollte eigentlich sofort wieder ausziehen.

En un entorno precioso en medio de las montañas, se respira la calma y la quietud. Un edificio espectacular. Todo el mundo encantador. Sin duda repetiremos.

This is lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the Basque country. The owner and staff are so friendly and told us the history of the building as a blacksmith of historical importance in the region. The building itself is beautiful with a central restaurant and corridors and rooms at mezzanine levels around it. The room had a balcony to stare at the beautiful mountainous scenery and the bed was huge. All in all a fantastic stay and would thoroughly recommend. The only thing I would add is that it is in the middle of absolutely beautiful country and whichever side you approach it from you'll be going up a winding mountain road so factor that into your journey.

Beautiful old building, stunningly refurbished, great price

Schönes Hotel mit Ambiente: Schön zom Hotel umgebaute Schmiede. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Küche. Liegt am Camino del Norte (Jakobsweg).

Really nice hotel. Very nice located and a lovely piece of architecture.

Häftig byggnad, gammalt järnbruk som är ombyggt. Rustikt, charmigt trevlig personal vackra lättillgängliga vandringsvägar. Jätte god lunch och middag. Frukosten är typisk spansk med bordsservering.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was great! Helpful and pleasant staff.

A lovely hotel, that feels more like a home! Very personalised service. Each and every member of staff we came across was equally friendly and helpful. Our dog was well received and much cared for! The food was great too. Great vibes all through!!

Malpropre

The staff were wonderful! Our room was comfortable. It is an old iron ore mill turned hotel/restaurant. The food was wonderful.

Très bon accueil dans une ancienne forge dont nous avons eu l'historique. Chambre confortable, dîner et petit-déjeuner satisfaisants.

Getting there was a little stressful due to hairpin curves, but well worth it. So much character, and the food was amazing! But the best part was Íker, who did everything from checking us in, deliver items to our room, wait our table, and give area recommendations. He is truly an asset to the team and the reason we would be back.

Beautiful charming historic property in agricultural area with animals and walking paths nearby. Lovely book-filled dining area and food was excellent.

Extremely helpful staff. They were busy but took the time to explain Basque area and places to visit. Also, property is important to Camino pilgrims and their presence and stories inspired my wife and I to one day walk the Camino. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Buena opción para desconectar muy cerca de Markina Xemein con un trato encantador y muy buenas opciones para comer.

Paramos en este hotel haciendo el camino del norte. Desde el principio la acogida, la facilidad, la amabilidad, estupendas. Pensábamos madrugar y marchar pronto sin desayunar, pero fue el primer día en que nos dejamos atrapar por el silencio y la comodidad. Un sitio recomendable mil por mil y al que volver...aunque con coche ;)
