I booked the room with free breakfast and paid for it, but when I arrived, the front desk staff told me breakfasts are not included. I was extremely patient to show her my receipt, ask her to check with her manager, etc. She said, ok, ok, I got it. I had to come down and talk to her for three times about this issue the next morning, and she was extremely rude. This experience is horrible.
