AC had trouble in one of the rooms. Asked for it to be fixed and 2 days later still nothing so asked again and they finally got it working. WiFi didn’t work in our room either but it would work if we walked out the front door…. Power went out when it rained several times but only stayed out momentarily. The grounds were nice and the staff friendly but we had trouble with our rooms AC and wifi so we were not too happy but maybe our experience was not typical. It seemed like it should have been nice, so maybe we just had bad luck. The included breakfast was pretty terrible though if I’m being honest. ;)

Clean room with lots of space! The property is just beautiful and very well kept. The setting by a park with the hikes is a great added bonus. We saw parrots, toucans and monkeys around the property. The room was cleaned very well every day and the complimentary breakfasts are delicious!

Room is basic but nice, no drink making facilities (tea/coffee) which would be a nice touch if added. Staff are very welcoming and friendly everywhere at the resort. The surrounding nature and trail in the forest is brilliant.

Beautifully landscaped property with very clean and updated rooms. Clean bathroom and comfortable beds. The dining room staff person was very efficient and took care of us with a smile always.

Beautiful maintained property. Very calm and serene. Beautiful pool and restaurant area. Just get a room away from the road side.

Great place and value

We found that the bathroom at the room we requested hasn’t been cleaned, so they moved us to a different one. The swimming pool hours are a bit inconvenient (closed at 7:00 pm) usually closing time at other hotels is 10:00 pm. Would have been nice to enjoy it, bur not possible with their schedule. Breakfast was very good.
