The hotel was exceptionally clean with beautiful well maintained gardens, tranquil setting close to the river. The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome, , we booked our tours and airport pickup and they even dropped us off at the bus station for our return journey. An added bonus was that a Rhinoceros hung out near the hotel giving a wonderful photo opportunity ,I would have no hesitation in staying here again and recommend to anyone

Worst experience of my life. Filthy washrooms that we're stinking really bad. AC not working. Lights flickering in our room. The staff were laughing at us, they had 0 customer service skills. Then they would not take our hotels.com booking and wanted to charge us extra as they didn't want to Honor the rate we received from hotels.com - they made us leave the hotel and find another place as we refused to pay extra. Stay away from this place!!!!!
