¡Una joya en el corazón de Marrakech! Experiencia de 5 estrellas Nuestra estadía en el Riad Andallaspa fue sencillamente perfecta; una experiencia de cinco estrellas en todos los sentidos. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El personal y el servicio: ¡De otro mundo! Todo el equipo es increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Se nota que se preocupan de verdad por cada detalle. Limpieza: Impecable. Todo el riad estaba reluciente, las habitaciones súper cuidadas y con un aroma delicioso. Ubicación: ¡Demasiado buena! Está en una ubicación súper central, literalmente en medio de todo. Podíamos ir caminando a los puntos principales porque todo nos quedaba cerca, lo cual facilita muchísimo el viaje. En resumen: prácticamente todo estuvo súper bien. Las fotos no le hacen merito, en realidad es muchísimo mas lindo. Si buscas el lugar perfecto para quedarte en Marrakech, no lo dudes. ¡Volveriamos sin pensarlo dos veces!

Our stay at Riad Andalla Spa was unforgettable, and what made it so special was the staff. I have traveled all over the world, and this was honestly the best hospitality experience I have ever had. I came to Morocco for my birthday, and they truly made it the best birthday ever. Before we even arrived, Abdo was communicating with me and making everything easy and welcoming from the start. Meeting him in person on our last day was such a pleasure. Abdulla was incredibly kind, helpful, and always there whenever we needed anything. He clearly keeps everything running perfectly behind the scenes, and the riad could not be in better hands. And Ali… Ali was extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like family. He was always there making us laugh, helping us, and captivating us with his incredible tea-pouring skills while making the riad feel like home. One night we got completely lost in the medina, and somehow Ali appeared out of nowhere like an angel and personally walked us back to the riad — despite not even working that night. That moment perfectly captured the kindness and care we experienced throughout our stay. The riad itself is beautiful and perfectly located, with an amazing rooftop and an atmosphere full of life and energy, but it is the people who make it truly magical. Thank you to Abdo, Abdulla, Ali, and the entire team for memories we will never forget. We already cannot wait to return to Marrakech and stay with them again.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing! Highly recommend for quick walk to town, souks, and restaurants. The spa was also very clean! 10/10 recommend.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was excellent, they even made us take away when we had to leave before breakfast. We highly recommend this raid.

A beautiful riad close to the main square. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to help. The breakfast was fabulous and I recommend having dinner on the rooftop terrace.

Riad Andalla Spa is such a warm, lovely, and beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We booked round-trip airport transfers, as well as dinner on the rooftop for our first night and another evening during our stay. The entire team was brilliant from beginning to end: attentive, friendly, thorough, thoughtful, and sincere. We felt a sense of joy every time we saw them, whether they were at the front desk or serving us at breakfast and dinner. The dinners were generous, and the breakfasts were fresh, delicious, and plentiful. We highly recommend Riad Andalla Spa to anyone visiting Marrakesh! Tip for future guests: There is another property with a similar name nearby - Riad Andalla (without the "Spa"). If you are taking a taxi, be sure to double-check and show the driver the exact name and address to ensure you get to the right place.

Had a great stay at Riad Andalla Spa. Room was really nice and staff provided a great cleaning daily. The daily breakfast was nice - switching some of the components each day to change it up. Roof top patio is also beautiful. We also did a Hamam spa and massage which was excellent - definitely recommend doing that during your stay, very relaxing and staff was great. The staff and main host were also all very nice and always available to ask questions to and provide advice. The main host was particularly awesome, he gave us good recommendations that were genuine and didn't pressure us to do any tours or things we didn't want. We found that some hosts we had were trying to sell us packages as soon as we walked in, where at Andalla they listened and were helpful but not pushy in any way. Overall, great stay, great people - would recommend.

Great staff, great AC, beautiful rooftop terraces. Near the market. Just a wonderful place for a reasonable price. Loved it!

The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of helpful hints and tips. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. We had a meal one of the evenings which was delicious. My husband had an evening massage with only an hours notice which he said was one of the best he’d experienced.
