호텔 직원, 리셉션, 요구 사항에 친절하게 대응해 주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 깨끗하고 조용하며 수비아코와 CBD와 가깝습니다 👍

새로운 호텔, 깨끗하고 친절하고 직원들이 친절합니다. 객실에 유리창이 있어 전망이 매우 좋은 편이나 위치가 중심지에서 조금 떨어져 있고 호텔 근처 도로가 조금 어둡습니다. 방은 매일 청소 서비스로 깨끗하지만, 방에 있는 쓰레기통이 꽤 작습니다. 하우스키핑 직원들이 오전 8시쯤 아주 이른 시간에 문을 두드려서 좀 짜증났는데 나중에 방을 청소하라고 하더군요. 점심과 오후 두 번 나가면 꽤 시간이 걸려 방 청소 요청 팻말을 남겼으나 하루 종일 방을 청소해 주는 직원이 없었다. 게다가 다들 너무 친절하셔서 매우 만족스럽습니다

the room overall are good, I loved it! it us beautiful lifestyle design hotel. but the hospitality of the front office is not there at all! in the afternoon I asked their assistance to book a taxi or shuttle for us to the airport since we have early morning flight. In the evening after dinner when we asked have they book our taxi the girl said no she haven't book the taxi for us,while she was the one who spoke to us. how if we didn't do any confirmation? then we will have no taxi to the airport early morning. and the senior next to her he also didn't pay any attention while he was there as well in the afternoon. so I guess the guest satisfaction is not the priority?
