La habitación no tenía wifi, a 2do día nos cambiaron y mejoró un poco Y también el nivel de ruido es alto en la noche y por la mañana, el hotel lo hace saber en su mensaje pero es demasiado el ruido

Excelente hotel por su ubicación y servicios

Todo muy bien, solo falta capacitación del personal. Le pedí a la hostess de la entrada que me ayudara con algo de room service, pero ella me dijo que solo trabajaba para el restaurante. Cuándo le pregunte que era parte de Grupo Amantes, me hizo una cara de fuchi. Creo que la hospitalidad lo es todo, por más del excelente producto que tengan (habitaciones, restaurante, bar).

I truly enjoyed my stay and wish could have stayed longer. The terrace has beautiful views and the food is delish!

Great hotel! Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Definitely a good spot for music, food and entertainment since there is a restaurant on the terrace. There is noise in the evening but that was expected when I booked and I had no issues.

Muy céntrica, excelente servicio de todo el personal. Hay limpieza en las instalaciones y los desayunos están muy ricos.

Mi cuarto siempre olio mal a desague ademas q la habitacion no tenia vidrios o puertas a prueba de ruido, por lo q en la noche no se podía dormir, habia ruidos de cocina hasta tarde en ma noche. Fuera de eso el servicio excelente y el personal muy atento

The architecture and design was amazing, but the service was horrible. The bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived, and upon check out they charged us $7 for a small wash cloth we had used to clean the edge of the bathtub with. Additionally, they ruined one of our suitcase telescopic handle, had five maintenance staff trying to fix it,and failed, and refused to reimburse us or credit one night. Horrrible experience. Sad with such a beautiful design and view. I have travelled the world professionally for 25 years and this is definitely not a 5 star hotel.

They need to make a different entrance to the upstairs restaurant

Me la pasé muy bien, el personal muy atento, PERO Hay mucho ruido hasta tarde y desde muy temprano por el restaurant-bar.

Excelente ubicación, el restaurante muy rico aunque caro. Era domingo y no fue ruidoso como decían en las evaluaciones.
