6명 잘 수 있다고 했지만 쇼파가 좁을까봐 3명이서 묵었는데 쇼파 하나에도 한명씩 충분히 잘 수 있을만큼 넓었음. 4인이상 특히 5인이 쓴다면 최고의 가성비일듯. 취사시설이 다 구비되어있고 식기도 충분함. 처음에 찾을 때 헤맬 수 있으나 호텔 두브로브니크 맞은편이고 안경점 윗건물임. 3-1층에 띵동하면 열어줌. 엘리베이터가 무서울 수 있으나 잘 작동됨. 침대가 매우 푹신함. 다른사람들에게도 추천하고 싶음!!

전반적으로 만족한 숙소입니다. 위치는 옐라치치 광장에서 2분? 3분? 한 블럭 정도만 걸어가면 돼서 정말 가깝고 좋아요 :) 호텔 두브로브니크랑 바로 마주보고 있어요. 스탭들도 매우 친절했고, 룸 컨디션도 깔끔하고 좋았어요. (비록 낡은 유럽식 엘리베이터를 이용해야 하지만 나름 재미있었다는 ㅎㅎ) 다만 청결도 부분에서는 엄청? 청결한지는 잘 모르겠네요. 왜냐면 이불이랑 베개에 머리카락이 하나씩 붙어있었거든요ㅠ 화장실은 넓어서 좋은데 샤워할 때 뜨거운 물이 잘 나오다가 어느순간 끊겨서 보일러를 보니 그럴 땐 20분 정도? 보일러 히팅이 될 때까지 기다려야한다는 메모가 붙어있었어요ㅠ 그래도 타임 세일로 저렴한 가격으로 잘 묵고 가네요. 가성비 따졌을 때 추천하는 숙소입니다! ^^

체크인 장소가 호텔에 없고 다른 곳에 있어서 매우 힘들었음. 호텔 찿기도 어려웠음. 주차시설이 없고, 공영 주차장 찿기도 어려웠음. 메인스퀘어에 위치하기 땜에 관광하기에는 좋음.

깨끗한 편이지만 아아들이 있어 엘리베이터가 없으면 힘들까봐 다른 객실을 주었다. 예약했던 객실보다 시설이 안좋아 실망했지만 호스트는 배려를 해서 해준것이라 한다. 고맙지만 의견을 물어보고 바꿔줬으면 좋았을껄하는 생각이 들었다.

주차는 되지 않습니다. 근처 공용주차장에 주차해야 합니다.

처음에 찾기가 너무 어려웠지만..(위치는 좋은데 간판이 없어서 앞에서 계속 헤맴) 도착 하고 나니 방이 너무 좋아 만족! 직원들고 너무 친절하고 영어도 잘해서 의사소통에 무리 없음. 우버 어플이 갑자기 안되서 스탭 분이 본인 폰으로 우버 택시까지 잡아주어 너무 고마웠다. 아, 두시간 정도 일찍 도착햇는데 얼리 체크인도 해주었다! 여러모로 만족

직원들은 매우 친절하였고 옐차치카 광장과는 불과 1분 정도 거리에 있어 관광하기에 매우 편리하였음 다음에 또 다시 자그레브에 간다면 다시 이용하고 싶네요

Friday & Saturday night was disgusting. Noise(Music,Singing) from outside is directly delivered to my ears in 4th. floor apartment room until 02:20AM. We cannot sleep two day nights. Smell of food garbage from outside ground was directly delivered to my nose in 4th. floor apartment room. I came back one day earlier than my check-out day. I terribly regret my choice!

It is great place if you are looking for the hotel at the center of Zagreb. You can get the famous market, church and restaurants just in 3 to 5 minutes. Across the street, there are so many good cafes and restaurants located. If you need any further information on the travel, you can go to information center just around the corner. However, there is no reception because it is an apartment. You have to contact the manager before arrival at the address through viber or any other SNS. The other thing I did was to ask person at the information center about how to meet the manager. Other than that, it is good place to stay at.

It was best house during our trip There was a washing machine in the room!!! everything is new and clean. room is little small, but it was enough to open our luggage. perfect location and kind reception.

Close to activity but also too loud

Good location. Clean apartment. It would have been better to know that it was remote check in prior to arrival. We expected to be greeted but needed to message to find pass key code to enter building and apartment. The one person lift from before WW2 was scary but it worked. Otherwise a nice apartment a very central part of the city. I would be happy to return.

Horrible customer service. I arrived and unfortunately for me had a sick baby with a 103 fever and 6 luggage pieces. We could not find our way to the property while making circles with a cab driver. Tried calling the property owner who did not respond until way later in the evening when we already had checked into hotel esplanade (beautiful property) because I had no option and couldn’t stand on the street waiting for the property owner to respond. When they finally did respond she did not seem to care whatsoever. Extremely rude!! Would not recommend to anyone.

This property does not abide by their own check-in procedure and left me stuck without my first night's accommodations! I booked 3 nights. 2 adults and a baby. I had to book across the street at New Dubrovnik for the first night when no one was there to meet me at Angel Main Square. When I arrived at Zagreb, within correct check-in hours, and advised the hotel through Expedia's direct chat that I had arrived, per their instructions, there was never an acknowledgment or answer. Why are you sending me check-in instructions through Expedia's chat function if you are not even reading answers?? This was not a great way to start my stay in Zagreb. It's the only means to communicate with you when you only have WiFi. I was also able to tether on a cell phone and called your numbers, but there was no response. Luckily, I found the manager through WhatsApp once I got on WiFi again the next day, and we were allowed to use the hotel on Days 2-3. I have no complaints about the accommodations themselves.

Great location in Old Town. Clean and spacious apartments. The family was very comfortable during our stay.

The location was amazing to all the main sights, the room was nicely presented and check in was easy. Comfort would have been improved if it was a double bed and complimentary coffee/tea would be nice touch to add!

Located right in the center of Zagreb. Lot of attractions around and good restaurant options.
