Rosie is a very good manager of the property

Beautiful bartender, good service, good food , good place to watch sports!

Property is clean and close to beach and other dining. Rooms are above bar and the music is loud until 2:00 am. While I was staying in room 10 the a/c only worked the first day of 3 night stay, television remote would not control volume. There is not any useful amenities in the room refrigerator, iron and ironing board. There are better choices for similar money in the area.

PROS: AC works great Safe and TV included Near the beach and shopping strip, and many tourist tours CONS: Can hear everything outside of the room, loud bar Thin "blankets" No mini fridge or coffee maker Bad wifi that disconnects often No body soap or shampoo/conditioner included No hair dryer Can't lock bathroom door No turndown service (no cleaning, taking out trash or new towels for multiple day stay) No ice maker

The people were fantastic, the beach was close by and the drinks and food were the best!!!

The manager has things under control and the breakfast is 5 star food.

Good location and free parking, but loud as heck with no toiletries for $100 per night.

First if all, it’s a great location with free parking. For $104, not worth it. Loud, no shampoo, horribly expensive for what you get.

Love this place. Simple as that. For someone new to the area security makes you feel safe and does thier job well. The rest of the staff was friendly as well including the awesome bar staff. Its a really convenient location.

Excellent staff

Friendly staff, very clean hotel that is a 2 minute walk from the beach. The noise level from the bar can be a bit loud at night but other than that I would recommend this hotel to others as a very affordable option for a stay in Jaco. 👍👍👍👍👍
