It was a nice hotel. It was clean . They have a swiming pool and air conditional. The view was awesome.

Very friendly staff, Gary 🐕 made my stay more enjoyable, and Franklin 🐢 too.

The place is clean. I love the room and the hammock outside of the room. It is a nice place on the side of the Forrest. Very relaxing

This is a great place to stay in Holbox. Very quiet as it sits about a 15 minute walk from the much busier downtown area. But there is a small area of restaurants an businesses right outside the hotel. The rooms are very spacious, and the grounds are very lush and well manicured. There are two pools (one rooftop) and a basic breakfast is included and served daily. I would say the accommodations are not luxury by any stretch, but more than adequate and overall this place offered very good value. Staff were excellent and easy to communicate with. The stay includes a discount for Carolinda beach club, but we opted to go to Casa Del Mar don the street as it appeared to have a much better beach area. Overall we were very happy with our stay and can’t wait to visit Holbox again. So long as you’re fine with the walk to the ‘downtown core’ this place is an excellent option and won’t leave you disappointed.

The staff was extremely nice, the garden the shared areas were beautiful. Inside the room the beds were terrible, the didn’t loook clean and there were too many little ants all over the bed. The sheets were always sandy and they were. Or clean.

The perfect location! Room was spacious and clean, breakfast was fantastic & the entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Joe Black!

The breakfast is very limited and the hours too, you have to remind them to clean the room, and there is no reception desk open very early in the morning.

The staff were amazing, we got in on the last ferry and the receptionist stayed late to make sure our check in went smoothly. The hotel rooms and grounds were kept clean daily

Personal muy amable, poca variedad para desayunar, habitaciones limpias y con todas las comodidades. Lo único por lo que no reciben excelente de mi parte; es por el wifi, pésima señal, la mayor parte del tiempo no funciona, sobre todo en la habitación.

Der Innenhof mit Pool und Garten ist traumhaft schön und sehr gepflegt. Den dazugehörigen Beach-Club haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr sauber und geräumig. Nur leider ist die Ausstattung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war ok (Auswahl zwischen Pancakes, Toast mit Butter/Marmelade oder Yogurt/Granola/Früchte). Für die eine Nacht waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Excelente el trato del front desk, todo muy bien, solo dos comentarios. La escalera que da acceso al rooftop con alberca está sumamente resbalosa me da la impresión que la impregnan de aceite y el agua que hay de la alberca me resbale y me pegue. Otro tema es el desayuno que se vuelve monótono cuando te quedas varios días. Fuera de eso todo muy bien

Me encantó, es uno de mis hoteles favoritos, es cómodo, el personal es muy amable, vale lo cuesto. Super lo recomiendo !

La struttura è molto bella,lo staff super e la posizione ottima a due passi dal mare, lettini per gli ospiti al Carolinda beach e 15 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Good hotel close to the beach, the steucture is well integrated in the environment. It is suggested a rennovation Breakfast must be improved
