일단 홈피상 주소는 리셉션과 식당인 곳이고 객실은 1분거리의 별도 건물에 있습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 월풀욕조도 작동 잘 되며, 편안하게 쉴수 있습니다. 주변에 마트 재래시장 구시가지와 5~10분거리여서 접근성도 좋고 조용히 쉬기 좋습니다. 유럽호텔에서는 드물게 냉동실 있는 냉장고가 방에 배치되어 있습니다. 마지막 문제라면 객실이 있는 건물이 오래된 건물이라서 승강기가 없습니다. 그래서 체크인과 체크아웃할때 직원이 와서 옮겨줍니다. 개인적으로는 가격이 맞으면 지내도 된다고 생각합니다.

위치는 완전 나쁘고 가격은 말도 안되게 비싸고, 리셉션과 객실이 한참 떨어져 있고 호텔 로비도 없고 파킹이 포함이라고 했는데 10 유로씩 받고, 아침은 정말 먹을것도 없고 아마 객실이 딸랑 3개 인거 같은데 . 정말 여러 괜찮은 호텔을 수십게 묶었었지만 이런 호텔은 처음입니다. 침대 바로 옆에 화장실 이 붙어 있어 애인과는 절대 가면 안되고 무엇보다 기가 막힌건 mini bar 에서 맥주 한 캔 을 먹었는데 아침에 계산 할 때 깜빡 잊었고 묻지 도 않아서 계산을 못했느데 오너가 이멜을 보내기를 ' Thank you for not paying about the beer you drank out of the mini bar.' 이렇게 보냈더라고요..카드도 안받아서 cash 찿아서 내야하고.. 이런 말도 안되는 호텔은 처음 입니다. 이번 크로아티아 의 4개 호텔 중 3곳은 너무 좋았는데 이 호텔은 완전 대박 나쁩니다. 절대 이용하지 마세요..

Excellent location for both ferry and bus terminal. Room was very comfortable with excellent aircon and was a short walk to Old Town area with restaurants and supermarkets nearby too. Staff communication was excellent with helpful suggestions on how to spend time in Split.

部屋はとても清潔で内装もお洒落で快適でした。シャワーも清潔でちゃんと温水が出て快適です。そしてスプリトの港から徒歩3分位ととても近いので船でhvar島や青の洞窟等に行きたい場合にとても便利です。レストランやスーパーも徒歩５分以内にあってとても便利です。スプリトに泊まる方にはこの宿を心からお薦めします!

Really liked the quiet room and it is right in old town Split. Host was very helpful finding the port for our cruise.

The staff and the service were great. The only thing I had trouble with was the steps going to and coming out of the room. As a disabled person who has balance issues, the steps are uneven and the handrail was midway of the steps making it difficult if you are not careful. I would suggest installing a much safer handrail that goes the full length of the steps.

Very cute place close to the main attractions, the port and the bus terminal in Split. We very much enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful and very spacious room with a jacuzzi tub. Mario and Ana were fantastic and ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was great. Short walk to both the beach and the palace.

The accommodation was perfect and the service and people associated with this accommodation are amazing. It is in the best location within walking distance to the beautiful parts of Split. Though very prompt with their communication and everything was perfect.

最高のアパートメントでした！予約した後すぐから丁寧にたくさんの連絡を頂きました。アパートメントはスピリットバスステーションから近く、観光地へもすごく近い最高のロケーションです。 スタッフの方々もとても親切で美味しいお店や観光スポット教えてくれたり、助けてくれたり、パーフェクトでした！お部屋も清潔感ありとても可愛いお部屋で、スーツケース2個広げても余裕があります。またいつかクロアチアに来ることがあれば宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Staff was very nice, waited for us to arrive and walked us to our room. Very cute updated room, walkable to the city which offers everything.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with airport pickup and gave us a map to get around town. We had them hold our luggage on check out day so we could tour the town. I highly recommend staying here. Note that breakfast was not included.
