넓고 쾌적한 룸 컨디션과 룸내사우나 시설까지 완벽했습니다 식사도 꽤 훌륭했습니다 대단히 만족스런 2박이었습니다 세체다와 알페디시우시 트래킹후 피로가 완벽히 풀렸습니다 렌트카 여행하시는 분들께는 최고의 호텔이 아닐까합니다 다만 식당내 서브하시는 분이 작아 조금 불편했습니다

Hotel in stile contemporaneo, elegante e silenzioso. Notevole la spa e soprattutto la piscina coperta all'ultimo piano con vista sul campanile. Personale affabile ma al servizio di ristorazione pecca di inesperienza. Colazione al di sotto dello standard atteso per il livello della struttura, con affettati che restano per diversi giorni senza sostituzione. A cena, il pane disponibile pare essere quello avanzato a colazione...

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Lamm, the facilities were excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff couldn’t be more attentive and really went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay! The food was incredible everyday!

We were treated with a friendly welcome that never ended during our short four night stay. The hotel is conveniently located near several grocery stores, a drug store, and many restaurants. We enjoyed the free use of a backpack and tote bag.

Sehr geräumige und stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Erstklassiger Wellnessbereich mit sensationellem Ausblick. Vielfältige Auswahlmöglichkeiten und Speisen des Abendessens vorzüglich. Nicht schlecht, aber bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist leider das Frühstück (Auswahl und Auffüllen des Buffet) und der ab und an unaufmerksame Service aufgefallen.

Sehr schöne Zimmer. Das Spa war auch sehr gut. Essen am Abend ausgezeichnet!

Hotel is so nice, good facility and found nice dinner included. Only thing is that most of guests are senior couple and having small kids is that non really comfortable against them...but staffs are very kind to kids.

Wunderschöne Zimmer - wunderschöner Spa Bereich am Dach. Ausgezeichnetes Abendessen. Service im Restaurant ist ausbaufähig. Wir haben jedoch verlängert weil es uns so gut gefallen hat! Würden sofort wieder kommen!

L'hotel est très bien avec une belle décoration moderne. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le service de nettoyage est performant. Le seul point négatif à mon séjour est le coté sevère du personnel. Ça manque d'enthousiasme et de bonne humeur. Le petit déjeuné est varié même s'il manque de qualité puisqu'il y a essentiellement des produits d'origine industrielle.

It’s a simple hotel but the friendly staff and high touch breakfast and dinner will win you over. The staff really go out of their way to make it feel like home and the meals are made with care and at a very high gourmet level. The hotel is also very clean. Certain rooms and roof top spa has a fantastic view of the mountain peaks. For all these wonderful and charming amenity and services you receive, the hotel rate is of great value. We will definitely go back.

The most thoughtfully designed hotel I’ve ever seen, with a quiet, intimate feeling.

Ganz tolles Hotel, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, vor allem am Empfang. Das Service Team war auch sehr nett. Das Empfangsteam allerdings war im vergleich zum Service-Team herausragend. Der Frühstücksservice wirkte leicht gestresst. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Einzig das Frühstücksbuffet, hatte ich mir für dieses Hotel etwas umfangreicher vorgestellt. Auch war ab 10 Uhr das Buffet schon teilweise sehr ausgesucht, obwohl das Frühstück bis 10.30 Uhr angeboten wird. Auch hätte ich mir frühere Öffnungszeiten für die Saunen gewünscht - 14 Uhr war spät. ABER alles in ALLEM war es ein ganz wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem sehr besonderen Hotel.
