방에서 곰팡이 냄새가 났고, 패밀리 스위트룸에는 냉장고나 전기 주전자도 없었으며, 공간은 비좁았고, TV도 켜지지 않았습니다. 정말 안 좋은 경험이었어요.

이 가격대의 호텔치고는 푹신한 매트리스와 베개 4개가 제공되어 가격 대비 만족스러웠습니다. 객실 청결 상태도 매우 좋았습니다. 단순히 잠만 자러 온다면 위치도 좋고 찾기 쉬워서 다시 방문할 의향이 있습니다. 다만 공용 공간은 인테리어는 매력적이지만 분위기가 다소 썰렁한 것이 아쉬웠습니다. 투숙객이 많지 않아 전기료를 절약하려는 듯 조명과 에어컨이 꺼져 있었습니다. 그렇지 않았다면 출장객이나 혼자 여행하는 사람들에게 아주 적합한 호텔이었을 것입니다. 하지만 지금은 다소 조용하고 어두워서 친구들과 함께 오기에 더 좋을 것 같습니다.

호텔 위치는 꽤 좋았지만, 청결 상태가 만족스럽지 않았습니다. 로비 근처에 들어서면 마치 젖은 카펫처럼 퀴퀴한 냄새가 났습니다. 객실도 퀴퀴했습니다. 아름다운 호텔은 마음에 들지만, 경영진은 만족스럽지 않았습니다. 10점 만점에 6점을 주고 싶습니다. 경영진이 뭔가 조치를 취해줬으면 좋겠습니다.

단기 숙박으로 하룻밤만 묵었습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 순조로웠습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 상냥했습니다. 객실 내에서 흡연을 금지하기 위해 체크인 시 RM100(환불 가능)의 보증금을 받습니다. 호텔 앞에 주차하기 쉬웠지만 근무 시간 동안은 플렉시파킹 요금을 내야 합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 정리되어 있었고 샤워기 수압이 강하고 빠릅니다. 샤워기가 마음에 들었습니다. 방에는 냄새가 전혀 나지 않습니다. 통풍을 위한 창문이 없는데도 불구하고 Khind 브랜드의 새로운 배기 냄새와 습기 제거기를 변기에 사용하기 때문입니다. 모든 것이 좋습니다. 다음에 쿠안탄 여행을 갈 때 다시 이용할 것입니다. 호텔은 도심에 있습니다. 음식점과 레스토랑이 모두 근처에 있습니다.

My family stayed at Family Deluxe room which has two queen size bed that can accommodate 5 of us. The room is clean with minimalist style. Overall, the RBHC is located strategically with restaurants nearby and suitable for short out station working trip.

The room was OK but a little small for 4 of us cause that room exactly fit the 2 double bed and small TV bench attached with the clothes hanging place. No place for us moslem to pray cause the only space that we have for praying is in front of the toilet which is a little bit off. So maybe the owner of this hotel can do something. Not just me but for others as well.

Honestly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. 1) it's got a "no smoking" policy, but the room I was at was already smelling of cigarettes when I got in. And when checked out, hotel staff was accusing me of smoking although didn't provide any evidence apart from saying the room smells of smoke. They end up not retuning me the RM100 deposit as fine for "smoking" in the room. 2) the worst thing is, I found the bedsheets to be soiled even after they had "cleaned" it (see pictures) 3) dust and cobwebs are everywhere around the curtains and walls. Gross to the EFFIN' max.!

Does not provide bath soap and shampoo.

They have 2 pillows for each person so we can sleep better. It 's a good find for a rushed booking to be honest.

The window in the room was too dusty like never wipe for several weeks. There is no mirror in the room they only locate a mirror in the bathroom. We have to wait about 20min upon check in due to no receptionist on duty while tried calling the hotel mobile number the cell phone was left at the counter. Outside the room there is an ironing facility and a water dispenser. They only provide continental breakfast with juice/coffee however the breakfast was taste good. The hotel also provide prayer mat.

Comfy 1 night stay at the hotel.. Room was not as spacious but cosy enough. Shower and water pressure was great. Breakfast was served ala carte and was good. Definitely a great option for next stay
