Upon arrival we were given a different room than we booked as they had given our room to someone else. Told last minute after check in that there was no water. Partial river view and location was nice but this was the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip. Having no water was a major inconvenience for our family. We couldn’t wash hands, flush toilet or have a shower. Feel ripped off as no compensation for the room change or no water. Reading other reviews, it seems that the water issue isn’t a single occurrence. I also confirmed with others that nearby hotels had no water issues. The hotel seemed to make it sound like it was related to a larger scale issue but it seemed isolated to just this hotel.

When we arrived we were told ‘no water’, of course these things happen and the village was out-but maybe it could have been said in a better way. The bucket given to us at 8pm was a case of a little too late. But room was clean and breakfast good, location perfect for the slow boat.

Nice small seemingly new built hotel, over the river. Nice accommodating staff. Slightly pandemonious breakfast, but we got it before we had to rush to the boat. Ok stay for the price.

Stort og rummeligt værelse, forholdsvis nymalet. Terassedøren kunne ikke åbnes, så måtte benytte vinduet, for at komme på terassen. Tæt på slowboat. Morgenmad fin.

Next to one of the only two bars in Pakbang which was great. Easy to access from the boat pier by walking. Phenomenal and large breakfast to fuel before day 2 of the slow boat.

Tout est très très moyen : - l'accueil peu agréable - la signalétique inexistante - le cadre très décevant (les photos sont particulièrement trompeuses, la vue sur le Mekong est bien moins majestueuse) - la chambre située en demi sous-sol, vue sur le restaurant... et très humide, - le petit déjeuner sans grand intérêt (on vous réveille à 7h du matin pour le prendre...) En bref, passez votre chemin !

The owner of BKC villas came to the dock and personally picked me up and brought me to the hotel. The bed in the hotel room was extremely comfortable and the first bed here in Asia that was high and very easy for me to get into.

Zimmer mit ausreichender Größe allerdings sehr hellhörig.

L’hotel s’agrandi et tout ressemble à un chantier.Gravas et cour bordélique, pas vraiment engageant, Certaines guest houses sont tellement mieux mais pas cités dans les moteurs de recherche.

Bei Instandhaltung und Renovierung des Zimmers ist noch Luft nach oben, Abholung und Transport von und zum Flußhafen war sehr gut

Seems like the hotel can't understand that when you reserve a king size bed months in advance and they offer you 2 twin beds; that you might be a little upset... they basically told me too bad for you and said they were sold out... sadly I've stayed here before and could not believe their indifference to their mistake.... but they know that you are only there for one night on the slow boat... they now have a breakfast buffet which had lots of fresh fruit and was better than average... just be aware that at the end of the day they don't really care.

We stayed for just one night, so didn’t spend too much time here. Reception staff was not very friendly neither talkative. Upon checkout he was still sleeping behind the desk and didn’t want to get up. We could get breakfast to take with us on the boat, which was nice. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Basic onderkomen goed voor een nacht. Deur klemt geen koffie mogelijkheid. Toilet liep niet goed door. Ontbijt voldoende maar niet uitgebreid. Vlakbij de slowboat en restaurants.
