욕실에 곰팡이가 꽤 있습니다. 방에 냄새가 나서 창문을 열고 있었습니다. 창은 매우큰 전체창이고 열고 테라스로 나갈수도 있습니다. 비가 와서 불꽃놀이를 안할줄알고 안나갔었는데 테라스에서 편안하게 잘 봤습니다. 조식은 화려하진 않지만 먹을만했습니다.

전체적으로 아주 좋았고 석식은 아쉬웠지만 조식이 압도적으로 좋았습니다

숙박비를 좀 아끼느라 싱글룸에 묵었다. 방은 정말 볼품 없긴 하지만, 호수뷰가 아닌 뒷쪽아지만, 산을 바라보는 것도 나름 괜찮았다. 온천시설은 그저 그랬지만, 조식은 기대보다 나쁘지 않았고, 호수쪽 잔디마덩은 예뻤다. 불꽃놀이도 엄청 잘보이고..

Reception staff was terrible. when I check in that staff was so rude and stupid. two staff both of them. she was talk with another guest who from china. those Chinese girl said to staff let me check in but she said "no need to care" in Chinese. I understand chinese!! I was feel so bad but was not my turn so I didn't mind but next guy also super stupid keep hold phone during when I check in. and gave me wrong information about bus time to go to JRstaion. they said only one bus early in the morning like 7ish. even check that information took a long time so I asked to them let me go room first and I will be back but didn't give me the room key keep say wait wait wait so I had to rush dinner time. and we should wake up super early in the morning!! In the morning I went reception asked again about bus time they very kindly check and have more bus!!! View is amazing can see hanami from the room. in the morning the toya lake so beautiful ! old hotel but comfy. quite bit big room. dinner and breakfast was so so. but a lot of choice. I don't want stay again coz compare other hotel not that cheap and first night those staff was terrible.

저녁식사와 아침식사 제공 그리고 객실의 넓이는 가격대비를 따지면 형식상으로는 괜찮지만 개인적으로 원하는 호텔이 아니기 때문에 다시 숙박은 하지 않을것이다. 단체관광객들을 위한 호텔임으로 산만하고 시끄럽다. 조용한 휴식을 원하는 여행객들은 피해야될 호텔이다.

제가 묵은 방이 호수 반대편이어서 전망이 아쉬웠다는 것 말고는 너무 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 방도 깨끗하고, 조식도 맛있고, 호수 바로 앞이어서 저녁에 불꽃놀이 보고 아침에 산책하기도 좋고, 바로 근처에 버스 정류소도 있고, 스파도 훌륭해요.

적당한 가격의 적당한 숙소였어요.

房間可看到優美洞爺湖景色. 酒店整潔. 只是枕頭太小太扁平. 溫泉整潔舒適. 員工有禮, 特別是餐廳員工, 服務熱誠周到.

コスパの良い宿でしたー

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful stay with amazing service and view! We had an excellent stay at Hotel Hanabi Lake Toya. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room had a beautiful lake view, and we were lucky to experience the fireworks show right from the hotel, which made the evening extra special. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for enjoying the beauty of Lake Toya. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

湖側の部屋ではなかった。床の絨毯が汚れていた。食事のバイキングはまずまず。お風呂は内湯しかわからなかった。インバウンドで賑わっており、時間帯によってはエレベーターが使えない(常に満杯)

We had twin room with 2 beds and was big for Japanese Standard. It’s a little dated but clean. The location is pretty good. Car park lots were limited but we had no problems as it was off peak season. Lake Toya is just at the hotel and there’s fireworks every night which can be viewed from the back of the hotel along Lake Toya We were on the 5th floor, there were a bunch of super noisy tourists talking at the top of their voices along the hallway at midnight and whenever they are back to their rooms. It’s not the fault of the hotel.

花火も打ち上がり、カルデラ湖と周りの山々に映えていました。

客室は清潔に保たれていて、朝食は、美味しく頂きました。 洞爺湖の眺め最高でした。 また来たいと思いました。

部屋が汚くてびっくりしました。

房間視野很棒，觀看洞爺湖煙火非常清晰。

スタッフ皆親切に対応して頂き、 バイキング料理も種類豊富で美味しく 温泉も身体に効く感じで 宿泊中、とても気分良く過ごせました。 ありがとうございます。
