可能因為西曬的關係冷氣開了一個多小時房間才冷，廁所排水不良，浴缸的水要4、5個小時才洩的完

I want a refund! Manager refused to refund. Why: 1) unwashed sheets. Hair on the bed. 2) incredibly noisy. Unable to sleep. I left as soon as checked in. I'm appaled and disappointed that the owner did not give me a refund. Especially as he said he was looking for new customers! The price I paid for two nights 155 $ is more than I pay in London. What a rip off. I am disappointed with this booking. It is unfair that customers are decieved. The advertisements do not mention dirty sheets or noisy rooms. Hotels.Com, I urge you to help give me a refund.

玻璃屋果然特別讓人放鬆 完全有度假的fu 值得再次一遊

這是我第二次入住，乾淨衛生且安靜舒適。

沒有大飯店的豪華，多了民宿的親戚感。 有陽台，很棒！整個落地窗

Room is very big, interior design is fairly good and simple. But location is terrible, after 8pm, there is nothing nearby the hotel, only 7/11. Staff is a bit unfriendly by the standard of Taiwanese servicing industry, Room is considered clean except the towel, bed sheet and quilt cover, towel smell and the bed sheet you can feel that it is not thoroughly cleaned as it makes contact with your skin, hard to describe. As it is not hotel, it is like B&B homestay, I think in terms of cleaning the bedsheet and towel, they are not as expert as standard hotel. I would probably pick other hotel near to the town or night market area if I ever go Hualien again.

房間很舒服很乾淨 豪華套房在頂樓還有玻璃屋可以看星空 這一點很優秀 就是對面國家機關早上6:30會有音樂聲很大聲響起 一大早就會被叫起床很不爽啊

玻璃屋超美看星星很有氣氛，晚上蠻安靜睡的很好。房間很乾淨接待的阿姨也很親切，位置離市區不遠還算方便，整體來說很棒很喜歡，非常推薦！

民宿的位置離市區騎車不用十分鐘還算方便，環境清幽蠻喜歡的。房間舒適乾淨還有附早餐非常棒。

Quiet neighbourhood, very comfortable place and helpful staff. Modern rooms and very clean. Not the most centrally located but can easily head into town by taxi.

房間不錯, 空間蠻大的, 但要爬樓梯, 我們有幾個箱子, 搬得也蠻辛苦的 附近有7-11, 早餐店, 但每次外出都要打車, 挺麻煩的 早餐雖然非常少,不夠飽, 但送上門也貼心的,

騎車到市區熱鬧的地方大概7分鐘，前往太魯閣也順路，附近沒什麼店家入住前建議先買足食物在，晚上很安靜房間很乾淨，床雖然不是最好睡但也不致於難睡，房間沒有桌子吃東西略為不便，這樣的價格還含有早餐算是誠意十足！
