Very kind and clean, safe around. Highly recommend!!

AC did not work and could not fix it so or move us. Had no AC the whole trip. No maintenance on duty. I would not stay there again and will get a better hotel in the next town and drive the next miles.

This is an old, simple, clean motel. The rooms are adequate, outdated, clean, and very reasonably priced. It seems like many of the reviews here expect the Broadmoor for $65 a night. The free continental breakfast is simple but nice, and the staff is very friendly.

Ants in the bathroom

A very quaint old school motel. Built in a different era and has with the charm of small town Colorado. Staff was great !

Tiny bed table. Sloped beds with flat pillows and no headboards. Small tv. No bathroom counters. Water damaged walls and ceiling. The check in clerk however was outstanding! Even though we immediately decided to change hotels she was courteous and tried her best to get us a refund(did not get refund since we paid through Expedia). Time of stay 5 minutes max!

If you are more of a Holiday Inn Express, Days Inn person. This motel ain’t for you. If you are Motel 6 person then it’s a step up. The rooms were not dirty but just old, outdated and broken down. The lady running it for the owner who was gone, was very nice and did her best. She provided a clean and fresh continental breakfast.

The property seemed a little run down. The room was clean enough, just dated and a little run down. There was a lack of electrical outlets in our room also.

We were told by Hotel.com that dogs were allowed. A sign in the hotel yard said "pets must be on leash." Item #5 on registration form said pets are allowed. When we tried to check in we were told pets are not allowed and rejected our our reservation. Lou was on the front desk and she was very new and had to call the manager. I was able to speak with the manager and she was hostile and rude. Lou was awesome. We had to drive another hour and a half to Pueblo, CO to obtain lodging after an already 12 hour day. Would not recommend this motel to anyone!!!

The room was well priced.

This is an old western style motel. There are some upgrades to an older building. Girl at check in was very helpful. The price is right for bed and shower. A breakfast is provided, but I left early. Comfortable bed, TV, refrig and microwave. Nothing fancy but fine with me for one night.

I couldn't make it due to a middle of the night illness and couldn't get a refund. I'll be using another company next time.

The space was generally clean, but pretty Spartan. Mattress/bed wasn’t great.A/C wouldn’t not adjust either off or refrigerate. No soap for shower.

was excellent very professional and friendly. The room was very clean a little out of date that was very comfortable got a better sleep than my bed. And conditioner kept the room cold, to be had a great picture in sales

Some friends stayed down the road and this was way cleaner.

The pictures are deceiving. The room was fine. Had the worst bed I have ever slept on and we both woke up sore from how hard it was. Water pressure was great though.

Clean and comfortable place. I would have regret to may more for a “better” one.

We have known this property for over 60 years. The rooms are clean. Very 1950’s decor. But the bed was new and very comfortable. The owners have a small Korean cafe on the property. Rave reviews for the food. And the breakfast was ne of the best we have encountered on our travels. Highly recommended!
