1) I made my booking from the option of queen bed with window, but when check in, the receptionist claimed I never made requested for this special request with window, and told me there was no more room with window, although at the end I manage to fight back the exactly room I wanted but staffs giving me faces and commented customer don’t wan the room for reason to switch room, in this case I rather the hotel do not put the option for customer to choose with or without window. 2) The water pipe beside my room was leaking until my room wet (I only realized on 11:30pm)staff never informed customer & sincere apologies to us. Around 12:10am only I manage to get in my room. 3) Please provide receipt for deposit, I nearly cannot get back my deposit just because the stuff mention no deposit for this room inside the system, but please bear in mind if I didn’t pay deposit the hotel procedure won’t allow me to get the room.
