객실 양면이 큰 통유리로 되었는데, 한쪽은 호텔 바깥 경비쪽과 마주치게 되어있고, 다른면은 주변의 집들과 아주 가까워서 커튼을 치고 있어야되는 아주 불편한 설계구조임. 1층로비데스크의 서비스 응대는 체크인 체크아웃시 다 대체적으로 딱딱하고 부드럽지 못한 태도와 분위기 임. 청소상태는 양호 함.

Relaxing family trip. Good hot spring pool. Very friendly and polite staff. House keeping service is good!

An amazing hotel with fantastic amenities. The open air hot spring as well as the hot spring that came with the room was absolutely wonderful. Everything was clean and high quality, and there are a lot of things to do at the hotel that we didn’t feel the need to leave. Would recommend and would stay again should we come back to Yilan!

The front office staff was very nice and courtesy. Love the room they had place us in. High ceiling and the balcony facing the pond were beautiful. Definitely will come back when possible.

酒吧應該要提供半戶外休憩座位，讓人願意消費。

飯店外圍 沒有什麼景點可以去！就好好泡湯 泡湯 再泡湯吧！

已經多次入住 不管湯或環境皆優 才會再度入住

裸湯區的清潔超級乾淨！房間很大還有陽台，服務人員都很親切，讓人很身心愉悅。

浴室門沒有確實安裝，造成淋浴時水都外溢到外面區域

整體環境設施服務都很好，唯一美中不足是去的那天寒流，泡陽台的湯屋溫度不夠超冷，最後還是回到浴室裡泡

旅館內日本餐廳很糟糕！

Room and facilities are excellent, great variety of dining options as well. Staff noticed I was pregnant and offered extra care and help. Really great stay!

二訪，飯店的硬體設施和人員依舊優秀，唯一不滿意的是入住當天下午到晚上，飯店旁的宮廟播放歌仔戲歌曲超大聲又很久，門窗緊閉還是聽得一清二楚，跟櫃檯反應想要換房間但無奈沒有空房，本來想入住安靜可以好好休息的飯店，結果沒想到蠻吵的！

舒適

住宿的經驗是好的。 我們自費在自助餐廳吃晚餐，菜色和餐廳的感覺要再加油。 另建議，餐桌在噴完酒精後要再用乾布擦乾。

環境很棒 入住一樓卻沒什麼蚊子 早餐豐盛 櫃臺服務人員態度很好

此次入住大使套房對這個房型十分滿意，不論大小格局都讓人感到驚艷。
