全ての場所の掃除が行き届いていて綺麗でした。

Friendly atmosphere, clean, tidy and comfortable. Keeper is nice and helpful. Check-in check-out is easy. Location is reasonably close to the station. Free lift to Hirafu ski arena every morning. 

Perfect. The welcoming, the warmth, the other people hosted there, the dedication of Ryo-san. Honestly perfect. Will come back there 100%

Better experience than hotels priced 10 times than this.
